We offer you to stay in our duplex family apartment for 4 people including 2 children (possible 5) located in the residence Les Terrasses de Sylvabelle, in the heart of a superb secure wooded park, with swimming pool, tennis, free parking... And the sea is only an 8-minute walk away!

Come and recharge your batteries in a quiet environment in a magnificent landscaped garden to enjoy the unspoilt nature of Gigaro with a view of Cap Lardier and the bay of Gigaro.

35m² apartment on the 1st floor very bright and fully equipped: Dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, filter coffee maker, Tassimo capsule coffee maker, washing machine

On the ground floor, you will find a small bedroom with 1 bunk bed for children, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 kitchen area and a living-dining room equipped with a large sofa bed and a TV corner

In the extension of the living room, a beautiful covered terrace facing South-East with a dining area offers a magnificent sea view of the bay of Gigaro.

Upstairs find the parent area composed of a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and its shower room and toilet.

Portable air conditioning is at your disposal in the apartment that you can move to the ground floor or upstairs.

The residence is secure (fenced with bollards and digicode at the entrance) and includes a large swimming pool (20m x 10m) with solarium, a tennis court, a petanque court, a ping-pong table, a playground...

Sylvabelle Beach (300m), Heraclea Beach (600m), Gigaro Beach (1km)

Free shuttles 7 days a week every 30 minutes (between mid-June and mid-September), also serve the various beaches and the centre of La Croix Valmer, from the entrance of the residence.

Fabulous apartment, fully equipped kitchen and wi-fi. The owner sent a lovely welcome message and was available all the time during our stay if we had any questions. We will definitely be going back, what a fabulous holiday!

Wir waren mit der Wohnung nicht zufrieden. Die Beschreibung entspricht zwar grundsätzlich den Gegebenheiten, allerdings vermitteln die Bilder aus unserer Sicht einen deutlich besseren Eindruck als die tatsächliche Situation vor Ort.Die Wohnung ist unserer Meinung nach maximal für vier Personen geeignet. Bereits bei zwei bis drei Personen fehlt es erheblich an Stauraum, sodass man praktisch aus dem Koffer leben muss. Das Schlafsofa ist für zwei Personen kaum geeignet, zudem war eine der Matratzen sehr unbequem und zum Schlafen eigentlich nicht geeignet.Die Bäder sind extrem klein und bieten kaum Bewegungsfreiheit. Positiv ist lediglich, dass die Wohnung grundsätzlich sauber war.
