A bedroom with a double bed (140x190cm) is located on the ground floor, a bathroom (bathtub), and a private toilet. A separate fitted and equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster) also opens onto the outdoor terrace.
Upstairs: two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190cm), a small shower room (shower cubicle), and a separate toilet. An emergency bed for 1 person (child) (90x190cm upstairs) is available.
This simple, comfortable house is located in a quiet and peaceful area, away from traffic. Just steps from the town center and local shops, you can do everything on foot.
NOTE: Carpeting in the bedrooms upstairs. Outdoor parking is available in front of the house. A garage is available for bicycles.
