The property was as described. It was great for our family of 4 - nice location. Pool and outside shower are nice. It was a little hot at night and the air was locked at 70 degrees- understand why but was difficult to sleep. Overall a very nice stay.

Lovely Home in a great location!

This home is nicely decorated, stocked with everything you will need and a beautiful backyard with pool. It was an extremely easy check-in, the property is about a mile away from rental company. It also has keypad entrance. No keys to carry. Will absolutely stay here again!

Thanksgiving Trip

Beautiful property that is well maintained and very clean. House had everything that we needed (although we did not do any real cooking). We did use the brand new grill, very nice! Pool was great to relax in. My only complaint was the beds were very uncomfortable. They seemed to be bottom of the barrel mattresses that had no padding/pillow top to them and were awful to sleep on.

A great little retreat home on AMI

Such Sweet little home. Perfectly situated for a short walk to Bean Point beach. It was our 2nd time on the island and we are in love with the north end. This property is super cute and functional for the “chill” type of vacation we were in need of. The pictures are spot on. Very clean inside and the backyard pool area is super sunny and quiet if you’re not the beach type. Pleasant, prompt communication with the host. The only minor 👎 would be We had to additionally rent bikes from a local place… wished they had been included/provided with the home….

Great family house on AMI!

Our first time to AMI. My wife and I with 4 girls under 17. Close to beach, close to the action on Pine. The backyard and pool is immaculate and the house is so nice. We’re super type A and clean, and often disappointed by the places we rent through VRBO/AirBnB. This actually lived up to the pictures and description. Some constructive feedback - provide garbage bags, hand soap, and a few extra rolls of TP and paper towels. Nobody minds shopping for food - that’s very personal. The other items are universal. Charge $10 more for the week and save everyone the hassle of buying a pack of 10 garbage bags and throwing 7 out at the weeks end. We would definitely stay here again!

Azure Calm

The Azure home was clean, decorated well, and had a lovely, relaxing outdoor area by the pool. It is rented by a company, so there were a few things that were different than other VRBOs. There were no spices, condiments, or foil like you find elsewhere. No biggie, just good to know up front. The gulf side of the island were our preferred beaches.the chairs, towels, umbrellas, and stroller wagon were very handy and in great shape. We had a truck, so it was easy to throw our stuff in and explore whatever beach we wanted. Loved that! We ate at a variety of local places. The Ugly Grouper was a fun environment. Go early to get a seat without the long wait. Food was good, prices were fair. The Porch was expensive, but some of the most tender delicious steaks we have eaten. The Anna Marie Oyster Bar felt more like a cafe. But, the Italian shrimp, oysters, and fish n chips were fresh and delicious for an awesome price. The laundry facilities were a bonus at the house too. The tv remotes did not match the directions in the book. That was frustrating, but we figured it out. The yard guys blew grass in the pool. That was also frustrating because the pool was not very clean to start with and we didn’t see a pool guy while we were there. The outdoor shower was awesome for cleaning up the powdery white sand when we returned from the beaches.We had a great relaxing stay and would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you.

Great home in great location

Very nice location in the center of Anna Maria Island. It is close to the piers, shops, restaurants, bean point and gulf side beaches. Great backyard with shaded trees, pool, table & chairs, large umbrella and outdoor shower. Only issue was not enough supplies come with the house, so when you do grocery shopping get extra hand soap, trash bags, foil, salt/pepper, etc... the house only comes with dishes and cooking utensils. There are plenty of beach necessities so no need to buy or rent anything.

Amazing Property Close to Bean Point

Azure was perfect for our stay. It is a great location, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We spent most of our time in the beautiful backyard lounging by the pool or swimming. The kitchen was fully equipped for easy meal preparation. The beach is just a quick walk down the street. Also close to restaurants and shopping. We hope to be back again soon!

Quiet Anna Maria Island

The house was perfect in a quiet residential area close enough to the beach as well as the shops. The backyard was fantastic - bigger than you'd expect - and the pool was perfect on the hot summer days. We'll be back...

Azure was perfect for our family of 4. The interior was very clean and we had everything we needed for our stay. The kids loved the pool outside and there were plenty of umbrellas for shade and pool toys in the garage. We will definitely look to come back.

Just what the Dr ordered

The house was exactly what we needed. Our group included 5 adults and 1 child. The bedrooms were decorated beautifully, and I think 2 out of 3 rooms got a thumbs up on the comfort of the bed. We enjoyed the back yard most of all. The pool was by far the biggest hit, as were the pool toys. There were plenty of chairs to sit back and relax, and the extra umbrellas definitely came in handy when we had all gotten a little to much sun but couldn't bear to leave the fresh air and beautiful surroundings. We also enjoyed being close to the beach, and at the same time being close to Pine and Gulf. We all thought the pictures made it look a bit bigger than it really is, and the living room furniture was not very "welcoming" in the sense of a family evening in but we made it all work just fine. All in all, it's a beautiful home with everything you need to have a wonderful memorable vacation, you are close to the beach, restaurants, gift shops etc. The backyard really is the perfect place to spend a nice relaxing day in, and the house provides so many things for you (pool toys, beach chairs, coolers, wagon etc.)
