We stay here every time we visit Anna Maria. The house and pool are excellent and the canal access is great for kayaking. The management team is very quick to respond if you have a problem. Great experience every time we stay.

Perfect Getaway

This is a clean, updated house in a great location on Anna Maria Island. It has a great pool and hot tub, plus a dock on the canal where we saw manatees and did some fishing. We rented a kayak and were able to store it right on the dock, which made getting on the water really easy. The beach is about a 2-minute bike ride away, and it’s easy to get to shops and restaurants. The house is recently renovated and well set up for a comfortable stay.

This place is so perfect in every single way. The walk to the beach is just a few roads over and such an easy walk. The island is so quiet, private and peaceful! The beaches are stunning. I was a little hesitant to stay so far away from our home but found anna Maria island and I am so pleased with my decision.

Beautiful location, incredible property!

The place was wonderful. Very clean with an open, bright floor plan. Each room having its own full bath is clutch. You are within walking distance to all the action, but then feel complete privacy in the backyard. The pool and hot tub are great, but sitting on the dock overlooking the channel may be the best feature. With the beach just down the road, we could not have been more happy with this location.

Perfect stay!

Stop your search now! This is the place. We just returned from a week at this beautiful home and would not have changed a thing. When we arrived, it was spotlessly cleaned which, with covid - made us so much more comfortable. It’s beautifully renovated, all 3 bedrooms have an en-suite. And the pool/spa/dock - just paradise!! Would return in a heartbeat.

Beautiful and relaxing property!

Perfect location on AMI! The house is newly updated in a very safe area on a cul-de-sac. In the backyard it is very private and we could see manatees in the canal. We did not fish, but it would be a perfect place to do that. My kids are 12 and 14 and they very much enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Having a golf cart was ideal for getting around. The house has all the amenities you need. The only thing I would say it is missing was a griddle as I feel like families make pancakes and cook breakfast in the morning and that would be very helpful to have. Some essentials like cooking oil, sugar and some basics just to have in the cupboard would be nice when you're staying at a house. Our only complaint about the entire stay is that the property management company offers absolutely zero flexibility and canceling or changing your dates. So I would highly recommend getting the insurance or renting from somebody directly that isn't so strict.

We had an amazing time! The house is clean and updated. The pool/hot tub was everything the pictures show. We rented bikes for the week from Beach Bums and we’re able to bike to restaurants/shopping, etc. My only critique would be adding a few extra amenity items - small quantities of laundry soap, dishwasher soap, toilet paper. We had to go to the general store for those, but not a huge inconvenience. We would stay again! Great spot!

Wonderful experience for family vacation

We stayed at Triple Play for a week- 3 adult/ 1 child. The property is immaculate. The house is perfect for a family or a few couples. The check in process was seamless. The location is ideal for a tranquil get-away on the quieter side of the island. The backyard is truly an oasis. The pool was the perfect temperature and I was surprised everything was in working order. The sugar-white sand beach is a short walk away and we fished (though didn't catch anything) on the canal. The only downsides is that the management only provides one dishwasher pod and a tiny bar of soap/ single roll of toilet paper in each bathroom as a starter kit. That was disclosed up front, however, it would be nice to provide a few more supplies, especially since your'e on an island without a grocery store nearby and you can't just buy a few dishwasher pods or a small amount of laundry soap. It would also be nice just to have a couple of extra blankets for cooler nights. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows, but no throw blankets. That being said, the overall cleanliness of the property and professional linen service outweighed those things. Definitely one of the best VRBO properties I've stayed in. Have recommended the property to friends and would stay again!

Quiet Peaceful @ AMI Northend

The cottage was impeccably clean. Beds / bathrooms in perfect condition. Comfortable beds!! The leisurely stroll to the beautiful Gulf beach is a mere 6 minutes. The neighborhood was SO quiet and peaceful. Cottage is on a cul de sac...pretty much no traffic going by. If that wasn't enough the property had an "oasis" in the back: a lovely pool and hot-tub and several seating areas; then finally a dock on which to sit and stare @ more water. "Town" is comprised of just 5-6 commercial blocks along Pine St. and N Bay Ave. . Drive ~5 minutes further south to grocery, seafood stores, more "shops" IF you can peel yourself away from glorious beach and/or pool. Kitchen could use a few accoutrements adjustments/ additions but that's a minor tweak to a dreamy little cottage on AMI's northend.

Beautiful Property

This rental was perfect for 4 adults & a 2 year old child. The home is within a short walk to the beach, to playgrounds, & Pine Avenue with all the shops & restaurants. We did rent a crib & toys from a local place. The property was extremely clean & comfortable. We loved being on the quieter end of AMI & will definitely want to rent this home again in the future.

Triple Play was a HOMERUN

We came to Anna Maria Island as a last minute trip (planned a month or so before second to come). Having never been to the area we were unsure what to expect. We couldn’t have been happier with the area and especially our time at Triple Play! The house was perfect! Layout was excellent and the backyard/pool dock area were amazingly relaxing. Once we figured out where we could park and walk to the beach we enjoyed several days relaxing, swimming with the manatee and just sticking out toes in the sand. We rented a pontoon boat for two days and had a great time tooling around the island. The house was very nice (nicest I’ve stayed in and we use VRBO several times a year for roughly 10 years). It would have been a bit more convenient if there had been a dust pan and a vacuum (even if a stick one). Some plastic cutting boards would have come in handy as well, as would a ice cream scoop for the Blue Bell we LOVE to get!! And an apple slicer would have been handy. Nothing we needed was further than a stop at the dollar tree or it’s equivalent. The property management company was great and replaced a broken outdoor umbrella in an hour of our discovering it. We will definitely stay here again!!! You can’t go wrong with this house!!

Triple Play was a Hit

My wife and our four children stayed at Triple Play for a week. Beautiful property! We loved the open layout of the home and the finishes really make this home unique. We loved being able to come home from the beach and enjoy the beautiful pool in the afternoons. The dock backing to the canal was an amazing feature. We were able to do a little bit of fishing and view manatees swimming on multiple occasions, a truely unique experience. The proximity to the shops and restaurants was amazing. Pizza Social and The Waterfront Restaurant are a must visit. Overall another great trip to AMI!
