Be careful

I reserved this on a Wednesday to stay in that Friday-Sunday. At 5pm on Friday I still hadn't received a code to enter the property. Chatted with VRBO, they gave me the property managers name and phone number. I called and text multiple times with no success. Now I'm in Dallas at 9pm with no place to stay on Texas/OU weekend with zero hotel availability. VRBO did give me a full refund that night. I will continue to use their service.

This property and host was all around AMAZING! By far the best experience i’ve had with vrbo! The location was perfect and the place was incredible! The pictures don’t do this place justice. The view was insane with thousand of good picture opportunities. The host was very helpful and genuine. Very fast at responding and answered any questions we had. Would stay here every time i’m in dallas!
