"L'hôte a loué cet appartement en sachant qu'il était infesté de punaises de lit, comme en témoigne le commentaire de M. Thomas du 16 août 2025. Mme Sophie est irresponsable et coupable de louer cet appartement dans cet état. L'appartement est situé au 4e étage, ce qui représente 57 marches à monter, et non au 3e étage comme indiqué. Nous avons été infestés de punaises de lit, ce qui m'a obligé à écourter mon voyage et à engager des frais supplémentaires de plus de 1 000 canadien. De plus, l'appartement présentait des problèmes de propreté, notamment des fils d'araignés et araignées apparents dans la cuisine et des escaliers poussiéreux." Je réclame un remboursement Maintenant reste à voire du professionnalisme de VRBO.

Mangelhafte Sauberkeit…im Geschirrspüler fanden wir durchgeweichte Teebeutel, auf den Regalen Hinterlassenschaften von Vorbesuchern, die Dusche war nicht sehr hygienisch. Für die Klimaanlage gab es keine Fernbedienung, daher zog es Nachts unangenehm. Die Bettdecken waren so ausgelegt, dass man denken konnte, es sei gerade erst jemand aufgestanden. In einem der Betten gab es Bettwanzen, ich hatte noch eine Woche lang Spaß mit den Bissen an Armen und Beinen. Nach unserer Abreise wurde uns unterstellt, den Müll nicht entsorgt zu haben. So was habe ich in über 35 Jahren auf diversen Reisen noch nicht erlebt!
