Privileged location for our studio cabin apartment with loggia of 22 m² located 200 meters from the beach with private parking and swimming pool that can accommodate 4 people located in a secure residence LES GOLFES CLAIRS with caretaker, quiet with exceptional views of the pool and the mountains! You can benefit from all the essential shops near the beach but also shops, restaurants, bars and market. No need to take your vehicle anymore everything is done on foot! The apartment is located on the 1st floor facing west equipped with an awning and includes a living room with equipped and fitted kitchen with 2 new induction hobs, washing machine, oven and microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, a loggia including a double bed with new bedding (140 x 190), television, wifi, a sleeping area with 2 bunk beds (mattress 70 x 190), bathroom with shower and toilet. Private parking space. Outside: a swimming pool shared by the residence and a wading pool for children. Bracelets for the swimming pool. Free WIFI available in the apartment. Bed linen, towels and dish towels are included in the accommodation. Cleaning is to be done in the accommodation upon your departure.
