The bottom floor has two cabins with full-size bathrooms, including bathtubs and showers. Salon has a reclining sofa bed. All of it sleeps 6. 360 degree view of paradise!

We had a blast staying on Fantasea! The boat is located among the best slips in the marina-just behind the jetty offering a 360 degree view of paradise. I’ve stayed on other boats of similar size and this one has the best layout/use of space I’ve seen. Boat is well stocked and everything works. Jennifer, the boat manager welcomed us to the boat and was very fun to meet. Luxurious pool is nearby and out on a point with amazing views. Beach is nice too with decent snorkeling. Beach Buzz Cafe was great as well as the other two restaurants/bars. Staying on a boat is a unique and special experience. Very convenient to all of the water sports and charters and such. Would love to do it again in beautiful Saffire Beach!

Fantasea is Awesome!

The boat is clean and beautiful and was well stocked with towels, linens and the basics. The location is perfect because there are great pools we had access to on the Sapphire property as well as an awesome beach bar with excellent food and drinks, pizza place, coffee/breakfast shop, and the beautiful sapphire blue sea at Sapphire Beach. Hanging out on the boat is great too, sitting up top under the cover was so comfortable and breezy. Each of us dozed up there at least once. We got a lot of good exercise too, walking to and from the clubhouse and the beach, pool, etc. We were very close to Red Hook where there are lots of shops and restaurants but honestly we could have never left the Sapphire property and been perfectly happy. There is lots of beautiful wildlife too, crabs, fish, birds, etc. The beach at the beach bar has live music sometimes and a nice crowd but if you prefer more solitude, the beach between the boat and the beach bar is like a private beach and as a person staying in the marina, you have access to that beach in front the of resort units. This was a graduation gift for our twin 18 year old daughters and we all loved every minute of it. The boat owner was nice to communicate with and very responsive, and the couple who checked us in and showed us everything on the boat was very helpful and friendly. We definitely want to stay on Fantasea again!

Superb location and great accommodations

Absolutely LOVED our time there. Was a bit nervous about how it would be staying on a boat vs a condo. Would absolutely recommend and do it again. Short walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants. We were blown away by the views in all directions, and enjoyed the accommodations. A couple issues with the ac, but boat manager and owner provided prompt attention. Spent mornings and evenings up on the awesome top deck, and found ourselves constantly repeating the phrase, "It doesn't get any better than this!"

I realized 5 years ago that a lot of people want to experience different types of vacations. Boating is magical, but not everyone has easy access to one. So I decided that my VRBO's are going to be boats. Five years later my guests agree.

Why they chose this property

Living on the boat gives you a different experience compared to a traditional hotel room or apartment rental. Gentle sways of the boat will put you to sleep like a baby. Morning coffee from the top deck looking over the bay and island of St. John is an amazing experience. Almost spiritual. Evening cocktail while watching a sunset is breathtaking.

Fantasea is a boat on the outside, but inside feels like a regular home.
