Everything was very comfortable, and we enjoyed it very much except the bathroom could have a little more lighting, and there was no electric socket to plug anything in if needed that would be my only bad thing about it

Our host was easy to work with. The home was centrally located. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood in the evening. It was clean and gave us an at home feeling. We will definitely stay there again.

This is a great location for visiting Tyler. Close to downtown, we walked into the city twice. The house is set up nicely for families and there’s a property manager close by if needed.

Cozy, clean and warm

This was a perfect home for us to get together to celebrate Christmas/New Year. It had all of the amenities needed and we had a wonderful visit and made amazing memories. We highly recommend this property if you are planning a visit to Tyler.

Great area - centrally located

Historic area and adorable house in a central location. It was just my husband and I but this would be the perfect place for a family get-away, very kid-friendly. It is on a busy street, but in a great neighborhood. We had a very comfortable stay!

Weekend stay in Tyler

The house was nice and had lots of room the only negative was it was located on a very busy main street so sitting on the porch trying to relax and visit with family was not pleasant due to the traffic and noise. But for a quick weekend trip it served its purpose.

The house was great! Check in was easy. Host was responsive. Very roomy! The only thing listed wrong was that it is written as a three bedroom house, but there are actually four bedrooms! Queen room, full room, twin beds room, and bunk bed room. My family enjoyed our stay! Being right on broadway does mean you hear the cars going by, so it’s a little noisy, but it didn’t bother us. Very family friendly with all the baby toys, high chair, and pack n play!

NICE!!

Convenient to restaurants and downtown. Nice neighborhood. Home was very clean and inviting. Had everything you need to cook and even a few condiments in fridge. Host was accessible but we did not anything. The shower in the Master was amazing and double sinks were a plus for the girls. Would definitely stay again and I'm Really picky!

Easy Vacation

The layout of the house is perfect for friends and family to vacation together. Great layout, kitchen eating area and workout room. No backyard and the driveway is not paved so muddy in wet weather. Other reviews say the downtown location of this house is busy but the house is quiet-we completely agree!
