Bungalow "Ante", built in 2016. 6 km from the centre of Šibenik, in a quiet, sunny position, 20 m from the sea, 20 m from the beach. In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 200 m, shopping centre 2 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 260 m, pebble beach 170 m, rocky beach 20 m. Please note: Property ref. HR4510.101 is situated on the same property.
1-room bungalow 30 m2, east facing position. Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace 15 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free).

Everything’s fine!

The Apartment is a small and cozy apartment 2 min. away from the sea. Everything was there, a beach is 5 min. away and everything you need is reachable by foot! We highly recommend this!

Wunderbares kleines Häuschen

Tolles Tiny House, leider waren wir nur drei Tage da. Die bezaubernden Vermieter haben dieses Kleinod wirklich liebevoll eingerichtet. Es hat nicht nur ein modernes neues Badezimmer, sondern auch eine toll ausgestattete Küche... von Kochgeräten, über Gewürze, einem großen Standgrill bis hin zur Alufolie ist alles da und man kann ankommen, los wohnen und sich wie Zuhause fühlen... Ankommen, einchecken und generell die Kommunikation war unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Familiäres Feeling

Vom ersten Tag wohlgefühlt, Vermieter freundlich, zuvorkommend und Deutschsprechend. Unterkunft sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Einziger winziger Wermutstropfen ist das Bett, hier wäre ein Doppelbett anstatt der Ausziehbank vielleicht die bessere Lösung aber sonst alles Traumhaft und wir kommen sicher wieder.

Ein Appartement zum Wohl fühlen. Sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Dazu noch sehr nette Vermieter, die auch sehr gut deutsch sprechen. Kurze Wege zum Meer und Ausflugszielen. Kurzum. Hier passt einfach alles!

Wunderschöner Urlaub zum Entspannen

Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist klein aber fein (sehr liebevoll eingerichtet). Für 2 Personen ideal. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten das Paddelboot dabei und haben die schönen ruhigen Inseln genossen. Wir waren in der Nachsaison, was für uns ein Vorteil war. Die Strände sind angenehm leer und man hat seine Ruhe. Ich kann diese Unterkunft empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal dorthin.

Unterkunft entsprach genau den Angaben. Sehr ruhig und gute Ausstattung. Waren außerhalb der Saison (Ende September) da und fanden es recht gut. Gastgeber sehr nett.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Sehr nettes Haus, welches sich hinter dem Apartmenthaus befindet. Dadurch ist es wirklich angenehm ruhig. Aussenbereich ist sehr geräumig und lädt zum verweilen ein. Gesamtes Inventar ist neuwertig und sehr gepflegt. Wir geben hier eine klare Empfehlung

Das Ferienhaus Ante ist hervorragend: modern, stilvoll, sauber. Die Küche und das Bad hätten wir am liebsten mitgenommen )) Die Vermieter sind hilfsbereite offene und sehr angenehme Menschen. Der Strand und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe. Wir haben unseren ersten Urlaub in Kroatien genossen. Brodarica ist schön. Wir werden sicher hier wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen. Bei der Unterkunft muss man sich allerdings beeilen. Es hat sich schnell rumgesprochen...

Einfach nur Super

Wir möchten uns ganz herzlichst bei den Eigentümer bedanken. Es waren wunderschöne Ferien. Das Domizil ist einfach spitze. Sauber, gepflegt, freundlich und Strandnah. Die Eigentümer sprechen perfekt Englisch und Deutsch, Sie waren zu jederzeit hilfsbereit und wir konnten fantastische Tipps von Ihnen entgegennehmen. Das Apartment ist super ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts und das Badezimmer ist einfach nur super. Sehr gepflegt und neu! Wir können dieses Objekt nur weiterempfehlen. Wer Ruhe sucht und dennoch am Abend was trinken möchte kann das in den Umliegenden Baren tun. Einheimisches Essen in der Umgebung. Wir möchten uns bei den Eigentümer bedanken. Einfach super Ferien.

Einzigartige Unterkunft. Vermieterin spricht perfekt Deutsch hilfsbereit mann kann Sie jederzeit um irgend etwas fragen. Es ist alles sehr sauber einfach perfekt.
