Great property for a week in Myrtle Beach!

My family of 3 spent a week at this property and we loved every minute of it. Condo is spacious, updated nicely, and has everything you need for a beach vacation rental. We loved having access to the water park as part of the rental, especially with a young child. Communication with the team was also easy. I was able to connect via email and phone and had a quick reply both times. I won’t hesitant to come back to this property in the future.

Kingston Resort Is The Only Place To Stay In Myrtle!!

This resort has something for everyone!! Tennis, pickelball, golf right across the street, pools, hot tubs, state of the art gym, indoor pools, splash pad for the children, and even a water park!! We ate twice at the Black Drum both times outstanding. Started the day with a Frappuccino from Starbucks. Ended each day with a cocktail on my beautiful deck! Condo was up to date clean and comfortable. I’ll be back to the Kingston Resort the next time I can get away!!

Truly Wondeedul!

This condo was honestly one of the very best places I’ve stayed! My daughter (10) and I stayed here for 6 days and we didn’t want to leave! The area is safe, and the condo and resort are very clean! The pool passes, parking passes, and welcome information were all later out on the table for us when we arrived. Right on the beach and so many things to do in the Myrtle beach area, we def didn’t get to everything we wanted but plan to be back, and this is the condo we will be staying in for sure! Wonderful place, highly recommend! :)

Great location but would not stay again

Clean updated kitchen and Master bedroom. Disappointed that the bedroom mattresses were so hard. Be prepared to have sore muscles. The linens were the cheapest ever. Sheets are like paper and only 1 very used tan fleece blanket. Difficulty cooking for 4 adults with literally only a few cooking pots, no lids. No kitchen towels. No tupperware. Had to buy containers. Literally, they mean starters. Thank God I brought tons of paper towels. The second bath shower needs to be updated as it was difficult to get the faucet to shower. Old shower. Spending $2k for 5 nights in off season was not worth it. Great location though.

Everything in the condo was clean and crisp.The staff was unbelievable. I communicated with Courtney via text and she always returned my texts promptly.We had a few maintenance issues (bathroom ceiling looked like it had water in it from upstairs and leaking garbage disposal on the last day) that were quickly addressed by maintenance.Overall a great experience and we plan to rent the unit again next year.

If I had to nit-pick, the kitchen cabinets did not live up to the high end aspect of the other items as they looked old and several did not function as they should. Would definitely stay at the property again!
