** All of the 3 Bedroom units at Marriott's Maui Ocean Club: Lahaina, Napili Villas are pre-assigned. This will not impact your stay as all of the units are still managed and maintained by the resort. The only thing that will be different about the unit being pre-assigned is that you will not be able to make a request for a specific location preference within the resort.

** The state of Hawaii assesses an occupancy tax payable to the resort at checkout ranging between $10 and $50 per night based on the occupied villa type.

** Beginning Aug. 23, 2025, to Dec.16, 2025, Marriott’s Maui Ocean Club - Lahaina & Napili Towers will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.

** Please note that the Lahaina Tower Pool will be closed for refurbishment from September 2, 2025, to November 21, 2025. During this time, the Super Pool and Napili Tower Pool will be open. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.
