Luxury Home

Beautiful lake home snuggled in a private cul-de-sac, located next to a state park. Great for adventure walking or bird watching. Lots of wild life!

The main level of house has two spacious living areas, both overlooking Lake Hartwell. It has a sitting/reading area, large open fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and office. All rooms lead onto a large waterfront covered deck equipped with dining seating, lounging furniture and fire pits.

The top level opens into a cozy living area with a fire place and spectacular view of the lake. Offset with a private queen bedroom, including a pullout sofa and full bath. Also offset, is a family sleeping quarters, including, a sitting area, two queen beds, two full bunk beds, two single bunk beds, two single pull out beds and a full bath.

Located on the top level is a secluded suite that includes its own living area, fully equipped kitchen, two queen bedrooms with a jack and Jill full bath, and private entrance.

The lower level includes the Billiards room, beautiful bar with seating and a fireplace. Offset with two king bedrooms each with full baths. Bedrooms walk out onto large covered deck with access to pool, hot tub and the lake.
This level includes family entertainment. Air hockey, ping pong, Foosball and corn hole. Also, a cabinet full of family games. Waterfront pool and hot tub area have outside bar with TV and full bath.

Large theater room has a private queen bed, half bath and sitting area with eagle’s nest deck overlooking the pool and lake. Incredible view. Owners favorite!
Also, a fun king bed in front of the movie screen with 6 recliners and couch seating, a full bar, card table and popcorn machine.

Most rooms have state of the art tv’s with satellite and online streaming channels.


Extra amenities include, crib, high chair, infant tub, kayaks, water rafts.

Very nice house

Very clean, well decorated, well stocked with activities. Not really anything nearby and a 20 min drive to the grocery store, but right on the Lake. Perfect for our group of five families.

Young adult spiritual retreat

Phenomenal property; absolutely Gorgeous!. We loved having so many gathering spots for spending quality time with each other as well as quiet time in the mornings-indoors and outdoors. All of the amenities were above and beyond.

The house and property are quite unique. The view is stunning. Only issues we saw were that some of the beds are not in separate rooms, and that it was problematic to get Uber/Lyft/taxis for pickup from the house (although they did do drop offs),

Unbelievable

This is the place to be, it has everything you could want and need to enjoy your vacation. The view is amazing also couldn't ask for a better host. Kim is amazing, she made sure i knew where everything was and also every time i had a question, she responded quickly. If you pass up on this house, you will be making a big mistake.

You could not ask for more from a home - so well appointed. I mean pool and spa robes....are you kidding me :) Pool, lake, shuffle board, pool table, room to spread out. A top notch, luxury home where you feel so comfortable and that is really due to Kim. Kim was the best and most responsiveness host you could ask for. All we can say is amazing. We will see you again.

Amazing stay

We had a large group of 4 families staying at the house this past weekend for an end of summer blow out. Kids ranged from 4 to 11. Adults in our late 30s and 40s. There was plenty of space and the host, Kim, was phenomenal. So accommodating and helpful! The layout was fantastic for a large group and the bunk bed room was perfect for all the kids to have their own beds with the queen size bed and futons. The theatre room was a bonus as well as all the games, but honestly, the porches, decks, lake access, pool, and various outdoor spaces were amazing. We cannot wait to go back!
