great location, had beach gear that was actually in good condition unlike other rentals and was very clean. Bob was awesome, responding quickly to any correspondents. He also offered up highlights and things to do in the area. I would recommend to family and friends

The host was attentive ,but appliances could use an upgrade with what we paid . The one set of keys for the Laundry & storage room that had to be shared by the two different parties in this duplex was a problem . We had kept them out ,thinking this was our set than the other tenants didn't have them . which was our mistake . So our host made another set which I guess showed up missing as well , then we were asked to put them back but didn't have anything to do with the second set that was made . It was just very unhandy . Our suggestion would be to have a set of these Laundry / storage keys attached to the main front door lock key for each party occupying the duplex . That way it wouldn't bother the tenant or the host .

PLEASE SEE ALL THE SURROUNDING 5 STAR REVIEWS.This guest allowed an undisclosed 3rd party to access the property, who did not read or heed the guest rules. The VRBO "guest" did not even reside here.Therefore this guest review should be deleted.The keys for common areas are exactly as indicated and no other guest has ever made such problems. All the appliances are clean and work fine.

Max Convenience

Thanks, this place is perfect for a single or couple. We walked or biked to fish, eat, and go to the beach; so very convenient! All other conveniences a few minutes away by car. The unit was very clean and quiet, too.

Great Place, Great Host

We came done for a vacay from NC and completely enjoyed our stay. The location was very clean and had everything we needed. Bob was such a good host. He checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. He even let us come a day early! The beaches were beautiful and within walking distance. I could not have asked for better!!

Wonderful cozy villa In Nokomis Bob was the perfect host Villa had everything you needed for A Great dinner on the grill And complete with full kitchen Patio out back 1/2 mile from Nokomis park Laundry room Right around the corner from Publix and a great restaurant and bar Fantastic place for a relaxing vacation Loved staying here Extra bonus - Very comfortable bed!!! Thanks, we are surrounded by my 5 star reviews. For half the price of a hotel room you get a full 1Br/1BA unit with walk-in closet, patio, full laundry, bikes, beach toys etc. Had you mentioned any of these requests when I saw you at the outset of your stay I would have taken care of it. The shelves are normal height and the bed linens are 800 thread count only 2mo old.
