In the heart of a winegrowers' village, between Saumur and Chinon, at the crossroads of the Loire and the 0 meridian.
In the calm of a cul-de-sac, the house is in the heart of a winegrowers' village in the Saumur-Champigny appellation.

It is composed on the ground floor of a living room, an open fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and toilet.

In case of hot weather, the cellar located in the extension of the house, will provide you, if you wish and by leaving it open, a natural and pleasant coolness.

Upstairs:

- 1 bedroom with 1 Queen size bed
- 1 "family" room with 1 Queen size bed, 2 single beds.
- 1 shower room and toilet
- 1 office with a 140/200 BZ.
The desk is a "blind" room and the BZ there, although very comfortable, is considered an extra bed.

On request we can provide baby equipment (cot, high chair, bathtub, bed rail...)

All rooms are equipped with wardrobes and/or hangers.

Sheets and household linen (bath towels, tea towels, hand towels) are available free of charge.

The house is equipped with a Senséo coffee maker, classic electric coffee maker, French press, teapot, toaster, electric kettle, blender, raclette machine.

A courtesy tray, including your first pods and tea bags, will be offered to you.
Basic groceries as well as cleaning products and equipment will be at your disposal.

Fans and barbecue complete the equipment.

We live in the adjoining house, but not overlooked.
The entrance to the cottage is through an independent gate and a private courtyard where you will find garden furniture and deckchairs.PGJyPg�PGJyPg The house has a private car park that can accommodate one car. For any other vehicles, parking is in the cul-de-sac in front of our house which is right next door.
