*This home is not pet friendly, any undisclosed pets on the property will incur a $300 fine plus any damages or extra cleaning charges. We do ask that service animals are disclosed and emotional support animals need to have valid documentation prior to the start of stay.
*No smoking allowed (weed or cigarettes) - evidence will incur a $500 minimum fine. Please smoke away from the home away from windows or doors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
*Any visitors must also be listed in the guest count. Minimum fine of $50 per person per night will apply for any undisclosed guests. The city is strict about maximum occupancy including visitors and we cannot allow more than the maximum guest count at any one time.
*Please observe a 9 p.m.- 8 a.m. quiet hour for our neighbors. They are our utmost priority to continue to operate short term rentals for years to come. Noise violations are taken seriously and will have one courtesy warning before removal without repayment for nights unspent.
*Our place is not for parties. $500 minimum fine for parties. A party is defined by any more than 6 occupants in the home at any one time. No refund will be given for nights unspent if we are forced to terminate the reservation due to a party. We want you to have a great time with up to 6 guests in the house maximum, including any visitors. This is a residential area and our neighbors rely on us not to disrupt the community. We want to continue to do short term rentals for a long time so please help us respect our neighbors.
*Please note while the home is cleaned very thoroughly between stays and air filters changed regularly, we do allow dogs at the home. Those with severe allergies will need to consider our home’s suitability for their unique needs.
*No refunds will be given for COVID-19 or weather related cancellations including hurricanes. Please consider purchasing trip insurance that covers any unforeseen circumstances. Please note during hurricane season our area is prone to inclement weather.
*$75 per hour charge for not checking out on time. Please communicate if you need more time, if we can accommodate we will not charge a fee.
*If our property has a grill, please clean after use to avoid an extra $75 grill cleaning charge.
*Ice makers are an extra amenity and no refunds will be given if they are not functioning properly.
*To maintain a fair and comfortable environment for all guests, we ask that utilities (electricity, water, gas, etc.) be used responsibly. If there is evidence of excessive utility consumption beyond normal use for the duration of your stay, we reserve the right to charge additional fees for the excess usage. These charges will be calculated based on actual costs incurred and will be billed to the guest.
*No paper towels or wipes (including flushable wipes) are allowed down the drains. If a plumber needs to fix an issue caused by the aforementioned items and reasons, the cost will be billed back to the guest.
*Guest agrees to complete a third party encrypted ID verification independent of the platform booked on for security purposes. If the guest does not complete the verification or the host is not comfortable with the screening results, host may cancel the reservation with full refund to the guest.
*Any cleaning or maintenance issues must be addressed to the host. We must be able to attempt to fix the issue before offering refunds. If an issue is not addressed during the stay, no refunds will be provided.
*Please note lawn care and trash service may come on the premises during your stay. Days and times vary, please inquire if you need more specifics on when to expect these services to take place during your stay.
*Stays over 60 days will require a clean every 30 days included in your booking fee.
*An application, screening, signed lease and deposit is required for 90+ day rentals-please inquire for more details. Bookings over 90 days are brokered by Sojourn Realty.
*Please note that we do not do shoveling or snow removal. Use caution in case of these situations, as we are not to be held liable.

The home was perfect and larger than anticipated. Very clean, well equipped with all of the amenities a family would need for an extended stay, and the communication with the hosts was great.
House was great.Facilities were good. The kitchen and dining table are awesome It was a perfect distance from the airport. It was also close to shopping. I would recommend for anyone wanting to enjoy a visit with Norfolk.
The house had a really good amount of rooms and space. It was really close to so many things especially the airport which was so convenient! A couple things of note, it is on a busy street so the road noise could be bothersome but we just wore earplugs at night. Also it would have been really helpful to have at least one maybe two full length mirrors in the house just so you could see yourself for full outfits etc. I do recommend staying there if you need a central location near the airport.
This adorable getaway provided our family a clean and comfortable stay with plenty of room for our entire family to each have our own space. It was just minutes from the beach and lots us restaurants and easy to navigate back and forth from the sports convention center. The host was easy to communicate with and check in was seamless. We highly recommend this rental and would absolutely stay again should our travels bring us to return to the Norfolk/VA Beach area again. Thank uou for the great hospitality.
House was very nice for our family of six. Nice kitchen and large table to eat at, nice living room to watch TV at night, and bedrooms were comfortable.
Communication with owner was easy enough through the app, and Adam responded very quickly.

Comfortable, convenient location to airport, NBG, and bases! Great contact with owner, Adam and his team. We normally stay with family nearby, but this time we traveled with another couple so we rented this spacious home. There are three bedrooms and two full baths, full kitchen, dining area, and large living space. exceeded our expectations! We will rent again the next time we travel with extended family and friends.
Home was as posted, only negative was there was some road noise on the busy road in front. Possibly could use a full length mirror. Nice place close to everything you need. Owner was available for any questions immediately.
We have stayed in many vrbos & about the most important aspects of a place are: clean, comfortable, quiet & safe & this house checks all those boxes. Communication was excellent, owner clearly really cares about making your stay a good one. Wifi was great, also positives were good water pressure, sharp knives that work in the kitchen, enough dishes & chairs at the dining room. Convenient location for us. Added bonus were the window seats that provided our 23 month old grandson w/a literal window to the world watching all the cars & trucks go by, (despite which the place was quiet). Nice residential area for walking. Certainly didn't expect to have to deal w/so much snow (12 in!!) but we were cozy & comfortable for our snow days.
The house was open, rooms large and accommodating, had a space for me to do my office work while away from home. Centered by local stores and restaurants, minutes from intercoastal beaches and parks. 25-30 minutes from Virginia Beach beaches. Great place to stay and the host was always in contact!
