Thank you for your review! We're so glad you enjoyed the fantastic walkable location and had the opportunity to experience all that downtown Denver has to offer. It sounds like being part of the Stile experience made your visit even more memorable. We appreciate your feedback regarding the room air conditioners and understand how managing them with the doors closed can be a little inconvenient. Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're happy to hear that overall you had an enjoyable stay. We hope to welcome you back for another Denver visit soon!

Thank you for your kind review! We’re so glad you enjoyed the location and found the property very clean. It would be a pleasure to host you again—we look forward to your next stay!

Hi Nancy, Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. I'm sorry to hear that the property wasn't as tidy as you would have liked, and that the instructions for the AC, TV, and washer/dryer weren't clearer. That's exactly the kind of thing we want to fix, and I'll be following up with our team on both. I also want to address the communication piece, because it matters a lot to us. Prior to your arrival, we'd had communication with you via VRBO messaging, email, and a phone call with a follow-up text, so I was surprised to hear you weren't able to reach anyone with questions during your stay. Responsiveness is something we really pride ourselves on. I'd love to understand what happened on our end so we can make sure it doesn't happen again for you or any future guest. We hope you'll give us another chance to show you what a smoother stay looks like. Scott, Vacation Rental Collective
