Very well sent up we enjoyed ourselves. We really enjoyed the sunroom overlooking the golf course and I’m not sure if people know it or not, but you are allowed to golf at Carolina trace country club as a guest.

A home away from home

The house was very clean and has a good layout for the 3 bedrooms and allowed everyone to have their own space. The view is peaceful and the location is very quiet. The homeowners were very kind, responsive and supportive! I can’t thank them enough for their accommodations.

Spacious & Clean - Highly Recommend!

Spacious house with a beautiful view in a peaceful golf & lake community. Great area to walk, bike, etc. Probably the most generous & well-stocked rental in which we’ve ever stayed. If you’re looking for minimalist modern accommodations, this might not be for you. However, if you’re looking for a very comfortable & very clean house on one level, this is the perfect property. We will definitely return the next time we’re in the Sanford area!

Not one detail was overlooked.

The Perfect Home Away!

What a lovely property! The house is in a beautiful gated community with lakes and woods and a golf course. It is nearby the business district of Sanford making shopping easy. The house itself is perfect for a peaceful vacation. Large, well decorated with very comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of closet space. 3 bathrooms. Large tvs and a huge deck with grill. Sunroom for lounging. Excellent air conditioning. The housekeeping was impeccable! Every room was immaculate. This truly is a perfect home away from home.
