The house is located in a small complex right on the central park of Prerow.
To the Baltic Sea and the shopping and dining options are about 10 minutes walk.

For our guests with children and toddlers, we have decided that we do not accommodate pets in the cottage.
The house is of course a non-smoking house - you can smoke on the terrace.

The house has the modern amenities such as underfloor heating and Wi-Fi.

At the terrace is a small lawn.

Super schönes halbes Haus, sehr gute Ausstattung. Da wir 3 Wochen in Prerow waren, haben wir die Möglichkeit zum Wäsche waschen doch etwas vermisst. In Prerow selbst gibt's auch keinen Waschsalon. (Waschmaschine wäre schön) Die 3 Schlafzimmer sind geräumig, so daß auch kleine Kinder zusätzlich mit reinpassen. Küche ist auch für 6 Personen Kinder ausreichend ausgestattet. Gerader Fussweg zum superschönen Strand ca. 10 Min.

Zentral gelegen, Parken für 2 KFZ inclusiv

Mietobjekt hervorragend, Aufenthalt in Prerow ungenügend. Parkabzocke der Gemeinde, wie auch sonst in Fischland, man fragt sich, wofür man Kurzaxe zahlt, denn alles muss extra bezahlt werden. War jetzt zum 5. Mal im Fidchlsnd und sicher das letzte Mal. Schade, denn die Batur und der Strand sind einfach nur schön.

Ein gepflegtes Objekt. Sehr praktisch der große Couchtisch zum Spielen für Kinder im Kita-Alter, die Küche gut durchdacht eingerichtet ( bis auf das nicht voll funktionsfähige Mülltrennungssystem). Im kleinen Schlafzimmer wäre ein Wandbrett als Ablage sinnvoll, da nur ein Nachttisch. Haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Es war sehr ruhig, gut isoliertes Haus. In vielen Fenstern gute Mückengitter, in der Terrassentüre leider total schadhaftes Mückengitter, selber mit Panzerband geflickt. Die Kirschlorbeerhecke war völlig zugewuchert und muss dringend geschnitten werden, man kommt kaum noch mit dem Fahrrad durch den Gang und außerdem wohnen dort Millionen Mücken. Insgesamt aber trotzdem toll und Höchstnote.

Eine wunderschöne Woche

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Haus, es war genügend Platz für 6 Erwachsene in ruhiger Lage, es war alles vorhanden und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die zentrale Lage ermöglichte uns erholsame Spaziergänge durch den Ort und vor allem am Strand. Leckeres Essen in den umliegenden Restaurants rundete unseren tollen Urlaub mit Freunden ab. Schönes Haus in toller Lage in Prerow

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt rundum zufrieden. Das Haus liegt toll zentral im Ort unweit der Touristeninformation, eines Supermarkts mit Bäcker, einiger Restaurants und auch zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und in sehr gutem Zustand. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Top Haus als Homebase

Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Neben einer guten Küchenausstattung (ungewöhnlich gute Messer für eine Ferienwohnung) haben uns die gemütliche Wohnzimmereinrichtung überzeugt. Wir haben in dem Haus eine sehr schöne Ferienwoche verbracht! Vielen Dank dafür!

Schöner Familien Urlaub

Wir hatten eine sehr schönen und erholsamen Urlaub. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hatte eine gute Ausstattung. Wir würden noch empfehlen mehr Informationen bei der Ausstattung das Hauser hervorzuheben. Zum Beispiel (Spühlmaschene , Toster,Wasserkoche, usw.)

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche. Im Haus blieben keine Wünsche offen. Lediglich die Kopfkissen waren teils etwas durchgelesen, was aber teils zu erwarten ist. Alles in allem kommen wir gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus in super Lage

Das Haus liegt trotz der sehr zentralen Lage in Prerow sehr ruhig, der kleine Garten mit Terrasse ist super zum Essen in der Abendsonne. Das Haus selber ist großzügig geschnitten, hochwertig ausgestattet, angenehm hell und sehr sauber. Toll sind auch die Fußbodenheizungen in den Bädern! Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern da und werden gerne wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Tolle Lage, zentral in Prerow und Strandnähe

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und bietet für bis zu 6 Personen ausreichend Platz. Wir haben uns in diesem gemütlich eingerichteten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles ist in Fußnähe zu erreichen, Einkaufen, Restaurants und Strand. Wir können das Objekt nur weiterempfehlen.

Entspannung pur, perfekter Urlaub

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Prerow. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr groß und hell. Es war ausreichend Platz für vier Erwachsene und ein Kind. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Nur eine Waschmaschine fehlt. Aber das wussten wir ja vorher. Also alles gut. In der Nähe sind zwei Supermärkte, ein sehr guter Bäcker (Koch) und jede Menge gute Restaurants. Hat Spaß gemacht und lädt zum Wiederkommen ein.
