Beautiful house and property. House is huge with plenty of space and sleeping spots. The front porch is amazing. Brent was extremely attentive and informative. We would highly recommend this place. It is secluded but within driving distance of everything.

Julie. Hope to see you again. Thanks for being such Great Guests
Brent was wonderful and had everything ready for us for check in. He was great to work with and was even kind enough to immediately ship a charger that was left behind. The location was ideal for us,between lochsa lodge and Missoula . We had a bbq for our family in the wonderful backyard with lots of tables. was plenty of room for 10 adults with plenty of towels. Kitchen was exceptionally well equipped for all of us to have many meals together. The keurig and pods were a lovely treat. Beds were very comfortable and plenty of blankets we enjoyed nearby trails. It was priced for a holiday weekend but well worth it for the wonderful memories that this location and property offered us
We would not hesitate to stay here again when in the area
We had three families in the main house of the VRBO. It worked out incredibly but it would be cool if there was a separate shower/tub for the upstairs loft over the garage...I know, costly to put one in but it would permit three groups to have their "own" shower space. Other than that suggestion, the time was magical. We hosted a family taco party at the house for a birthday and everyone had a blast. Has there been discussion about a fire pit out back? That would be a cool touch. The wedding was just to the west at the Rath ranch and the convenience of Brent's VRBO was awesome. Jenny was a rockstar in communicating and made it all so awesome.
Excellent property, experience and highly recommend
This is a beautiful home on wonderful Montana land. When you enter main entrance, there is a staircase that leads to a full bath and two large rooms with a queen bed and comfortable chair in each room. There was an additional staircase above the garage, past the half bath and laundry room, which lead to a great room with a queen size bed and sofa bed. Downstairs was a large kitchen, kitchen nook and dining room. Two tables to enjoy meals and playing games. Off the appropriately furnished living room, including an elliptical machine, there is a large master bedroom. Plenty of room for our family of 10.
Every interaction I had with the owners of this property was pleasant and I would highly recommend this home if you are looking for a nice getaway.
Lolo Hot Springs was just up the road and we enjoyed one of our days there. You can also tube down the Lolo River although may be too shallow for some. Thanks again to the owners and enjoy your time to future renters.
There was plenty of room and amenities in the house. We really enjoyed our stay and worked out great for a home base for us to explore the area. there are trails on the property that we explored/enjoyed. creek out front and neighborhood moose was a nice bonus.
