We welcome you to our private Lake Norman family retreat! We call it The FunHouse because we’ve loaded it up with fun amenities -Outdoors we have a heated saltwater 16' x 31' swimming pool, 6-person hot tub, 9-hole mini golf, Corn-Hole, giant-sized Connect-4, SUP boards & kayaks for lake enjoyment, convenient location to bring your boat or for boat rental, fishing poles, and a cozy fire pit for your private outdoor fun. Head inside on those rainy, cooler days, and you'll find that we've provided fun for everyone. The entertainment area is equipped with a retro video arcade system with over 400 video games, karaoke station, poker table, billiards (pool table), air hockey table, darts, and a large movie theater room with comfy, reclined seating.

Our tranquil property is located in the quiet part of beautiful Lake Norman. If you rent a boat or wave runners, you'll have plenty of space to roam. It is tucked away in the middle of a beautiful cove, allowing for lots of privacy, while still being close and convenient to attractions, restaurants, and shopping. (Only 20 minutes to Moorseville, 15min to Troutman, & Sherrills Ford).

Great food and entertainment are only about 15-20 minutes away. Order from Publix and have your groceries delivered - and you'll never have to venture out if you don't want to. Do you have a boat? Bring it - the public launch is 2 minutes (around the corner) from our property, ride it on over and park it at our dock.

Driving down our beautiful tree-lined driveway you will see lots of fun awaits you. Our private 9 hole mini-golf area is one of the many activities you can look forward to, nestled along the front of the property. Park your car in the circular drive and come on in! On the main floor, you will find a spacious open floor plan with a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, breakfast nook, dining room with seating for 10 or more, and living area with a fireplace. The living room area on the main floor has a 50-inch LED flat-screen TV, sectional with seating for 10. Additional seating is located at the bar and kitchenette. There is a surround sound speaker system with receiver, for the tv and radio, allowing music to be played throughout the main level of the house and outdoors. **Newly added fiber optic and satellite internet as back up, Roku tv with Apple TV, Netflix, Prime Video, HBOMax, Paramount+, Peacock, and more. Also newly added a whole house generator to protect guests in the event of a power outage.

All windows in this house have thermal black-out curtains and comfortable mattresses for a restful nights sleep! The laundry room is located on the main level. The primary bedroom boasts a beautiful King-sized bed, flat-screen LED TV, deck access, and a large bathroom with dual vanities, a jacuzzi tub, and stone tiled shower. The other main floor bedroom features a queen-size bed with an LED TV and a beautiful bathroom right outside the door with a custom stone-tiled shower.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, all three with cozy queen-sized mattresses and all with LED TVs. The middle upstairs bedroom is a large family suite with queen-bed, and an attached bonus room with bunk beds (double-sized beds) with trundle bed and a little reading nook. The second level has two recently remodeled bathrooms each with toilet, sink and standup shower (baby/toddler bath & pack and play are also provided).

In our lower level, you will find endless entertainment, along with an extra refrigerator, bar and eating area. This level features our guest favorite home theater, professional pool table, dart board, poker table, 400 game arcade with a walk-out to a brand new heated saltwater pool and outdoor kitchen which includes stovetop, bbq, refrigerator, plates/utensils and sink (propane provided). It also features an outdoor shower for rinsing, and 12-14 person outdoor dining area, with outdoor speakers for music. This entertainment area also offers a large bathroom with an exit to the outdoor deck, making lake cleanup much easier. Life jackets and fishing poles are stored here as well for guest usage.

Down by the dock, you’ll find 2 kayaks and 2 SUPS (stand-up paddle boards) for your pleasure. You can jump in the lake (life vests provided) or hang your feet and fish. Or you can park your rented jet skis or boat. Long Island Marina (down the street) has What’s Up Lake Norman to rent boats or jet skis and there’s also Lake Effects Marina 15 min away who will deliver to our dock.

Now for our most loved feature - the automated heated/cooled saltwater pool with colored waterfall, and restful tanning ledge. You have the option to choose pool light colors if you wish!! Our swimming pool is available for use year round (cold plunges during winter). The heater and cooling units will be used at our discretion. The heater for the swimming pool can ONLY be used if the night time temp is over 55 degrees (at additional cost). We get full sun during spring and summer months so it is naturally heated to temps on average above 75degrees. If you would like the pool heated/cooled to a higher/lower temperature than provided, there will be an additional fee. We control the pool equipment through an app, so if there is something you’d like modified, just ask!

Our hot tub is stationed nearby under a private gazebo and is available year-round. After sunning and swimming all day, settle into our cozy fire pit area and toast marshmallows. Or head inside for movie time in our theater room.

Don't forget about the front of our property!! There, you'll find our 9-hole mini golf area. Adjustable clubs are provided, along with score sheets and balls. It's fun and challenging. Our mini-golf is available for usage year-round! We’ve also added full court volleyball at the top of the property, portable pickle ball net with paddles, and more - did someone say family Olympics? Create you own!

Nature lovers, you'll find turtles and frogs in our cove, egrets, and falcons. Bird lovers can sit on the screened porch each morning and enjoy their coffee while being serenaded by a wide variety of indigenous birds. We are also 15 minutes from Lake Norman National Park for hiking enthusiasts.

We care about your health and safety and have equipped our home with a *Radon Mitigation System and an *Infinity Whole House Air Purification System (newly installed) to eliminate pollen, animal dander, and other pathogens/bacteria.

•Our pricing is non-negotiable. We are proud to offer a 10% military/veteran discount (must provide proof of service). Cannot be combined with other offered/auto discounts.
•No Smoking (of any substance) allowed inside our property. No exceptions (additional cleaning costs of $500+ will be applied if this rule is violated)
•Trained & groomed Dogs will be considered upon request (pet fee required if approved)
•Maximum Occupancy = 14 persons total (no matter the age) (sleeps 10 adults plus a full-size bunk bed with trundle accommodating 3-4 additional guests)

*Copy of Driver's License and Signed Rental Agreement are Required to Confirm Reservation (of booking guest)

Covid-19 Safety Measures:
Our check-in and check-out process is complete without any person-to-person contact. Our cabin is utilizing enhanced cleaning protocols including the use of disinfectant throughout, especially on all high-touch surfaces (door handles, light switches, remotes, etc.). All towels and bedding are being washed in water that is at least 60°C/140°F between stays.
