About this property

Apartment Krummin in a quiet location with terrace - vacation apartment on the ground floor

The apartment, with heating, in the ground floor in the house growing and has a separate entrance.  Part of the apartment is located under the thatched roof of the main house (cool in summer).  It also includes a terrace (facing south) with garden furniture and a lawn.  On request, you can buy fresh eggs.  Small farm with chickens and Kannichen.  It can also be used a rowboat free (backwaters away with jetty about 250 m.) A parking space is available for free on the enclosed property. It is a dog with max. 30 cm shoulder height for 10, - € / per day allowed (bookable). The holiday property is idyllically located in the center of Krummin. The small town is located on the backwaters and has a natural Seglerhafen. The 700 years of monastery church, the former manor house, two garden cafes and a restaurant are just a few minutes walk. Krummin, with its 2 km long avenue of lime trees, located in the heart of the island of Usedom and is easily reached by car or bicycle. Bus connection in the village. The nearest railway station about 3 km. Nevertheless, Krummin is one of the most peaceful villages on the island, without mass tourism, with lots of nature and tranquility.

Holiday:
The 3-room apartment (about 47 sqm) on the ground floor with terrace (facing south) is modern to functional. The separate kitchen (carpeted) has a 4 ring electric hob, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and toaster etc. and a dining table with seating area, radio and satellite TV. Small bathroom with shower / WC. The bedroom facing the courtyard (with garden view) is equipped with a double bed, wardrobe (pine wood furniture) and a couch (carpet). The bedroom no. 2 (a small step) is cool in summer, because under the thatched roof of the main house. This bedroom has two single beds (couches), table and chairs, a wardrobe, heating and a fireplace (also carpet).  The initial bed linen can be rented for 5,00 € per person. Towels Please bring your own. A cot is available free on request.  

Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 22:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die gesamte Wohnung ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht. Der Vermieter ist zuvorkommend und anwesend, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Krummin ist ein bezauberndes Örtchen... Café Naschkatze und die Hafen Terrasse laden zum verweilen ein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Auto und auch mit dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen. Wir sagen Danke Herr Abraham .

Die Ferienwohnung war zufrieden stellend. Bestehend aus 1Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten (Schlafcouches). Essküche mit allem diesbezüglich benötigten.Badezimmer mit Dusche: !!!Achtung!!! Sehr eng und klein. Nicht für voluminöse Menschen geeignet. Leider kein Badestrand in der Nähe.Aber Zinnowitz ist 15 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Dann hat man Kilometerweit Sandstrand.Alles im ganzen, Ok. Wer auf Luxus steht, sollte etwas anderes buchen. Es ist alles vorhanden,was man benötigt. Wir wollten nur ein Dach über dem Kopf und waren über unseren Aufenthalt dort zufrieden. Im Ganzen ist die Wohnung OK.W-Lan ist vorhanden. Der Gastgeber ist ebenfalls nett und freundlich.

Sehr schöner Urlaub!

Dank der schönen Unterkunft und der netten und ruhigen Umgebung konnten wir den Urlaub genießen. Krummin ist ein schönes Örtchen, noch nicht so überlaufen. Das Wetter ließ uns nicht häufig an den Strand😉 Aber wir konnten trotzdem viel unternehmen und uns erholen

Schönes Haus im ruhigen Dorf

Sehr schönes FeWo, alles ist vorhanden. Nur das Bett war nicht super. Die lage ist aber sehr gut, alle orten sind einfach zu bereisen und das Kontakt verlief sehr gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr ruhig, naturnah in Hafennähe gelegen. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Sauber, voll ausgestattete Küche mit genug Platz für 2 Erwachsene mit Baby. Hochstuhl und Babybett standen auf Anfrage auch zur Verfügung. Der Vermieter Herr Abraham war sehr freundlich und bemüht. Auch die liebe Hündin Jule hat uns gut gefallen. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub auf der Sonneninsel sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft ist herrlich ruhig gelegen, die Vermieter sind sehr Nett und es ließen sich von dort sehr gut Ausflüge unternehmen. Die Ostsee war leicht mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Sehr empfehlenswert :-)

Schöne ruhige Lage

Komplett ausgestattete Fewo mit sehr schönen Zimmern, es war sogar Platz für meine Sportmatte. Wir hatten in der Küche alles, was wir zum Kochen brauchten. Gegessen haben wir gerne auf der gemütlichen Terrasse, wobei wir immer viele Vögel beobachten konnten. In kurzer Entfernung gibt es auch ein gemütliches Cafe und ein Restaurant am Naturhafen. Die Fewo ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Fahrradtouren. Der Vermieter war immer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir waren sehr gern hier und haben uns sehr gut erholt! Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub!

Sehr gute, kleine Ferienwohnung

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung in gemütlicher und ruhiger Umgebung. Empfehlenswert ist ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Jachthaven am Krumminer Wiek und Besuch der Kirche St. Michael aus Backstein aus dem Jahre 1260/70. Die Grundstücks-Nummer könnte ein wenig größer ausfallen, ist von der Straße aus kaum wahrnehmbar.
