On the ground floor, you’ll enjoy a bright and spacious living area with a modern fully equipped kitchen (oven, stove, dishwasher...), a friendly dining area for up to 8 guests, and a cozy lounge with a sofa, two armchairs, and a TV.

Upstairs, two master suites with queen-size beds each feature their own private bathroom with a shower. On the top floor, a dorm-style bedroom with four single beds is perfect for adults and children (not suitable for toddlers) and has its own bathroom with a bathtub.

Outside, the shaded terrace with a table, chairs, and charcoal barbecue is perfect for enjoying meals in the open air, while the spa offers year-round relaxation. You can also enjoy the pétanque court (6 boules provided), and children will love the play area with two swings.

The surrounding area is full of gems to explore: visit the Gaillac wine region, one of the oldest in France. Discover the episcopal city of Albi and its majestic cathedral, or explore hilltop villages like Castelnau-de-Montmiral, Puycelsi, and Cordes-sur-Ciel. Stroll through local markets to taste regional specialties, or enjoy nature walks and hikes.

Just 3 minutes away, you’ll also find the Aiguelèze leisure base, with a 9-hole golf course, water activities, green spaces, and riverside paths—perfect for both kids and adults.
