Note that the apartment is completely renovated, it has quality furniture as well as a neat decoration. The terrace, bathed in light, is furnished and equipped with deckchairs and an outdoor living room. You will enjoy its sea view and electric blind to offer shaded moments. The three bedrooms are equipped with storage (dresses and built-in closets), as well as smart TV. All offer quality bedding with two queen size beds (160cm) and a king size bed (180cm). For optimal privacy, the three bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. Independent toilets complete the space. In short, this apartment offers you maximum comfort and privacy, it is ideal for your business trips or for holidays in the Cannoese sun. ALENTS Located on a commercial axis in the Lower California area, the accommodation will allow you to quickly access amenities and small restaurants (the La Piastra restaurant, behind your building, is a good address). You can also:- Walk on the famous Croisette 7 minutes walk- Enjoy the beaches of Mouré Rouge in less than 10 minutes on foot- To the city center in 5 minutes by car- Access to the Festival Palace in just 5 minutes by car or 20 minutes by foot PRACTICAL INFORMATION Parking is paid in the streets nearby. Linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, towels...)The essentials of your daily arrival (freezer shower, shampoo, coffee, water...)Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
