6 bed 3 bath home ~ sleeps 20! w/ game room, fireplace, hot tub & playground.

This super clean brand new designer home accommodates 16 people in beds (20 people with futons) and is centrally located to recreation, dining and shopping. We designed the home with privacy, comfort and escape in mind. Everyone can enjoy themed unique spaces in this home. From the campout-themed bunk room complete with 6 twin beds to the arcade with Air hockey, Foosball, basketball and an arcade game with over 300 games.. boredom shouldn't be an issue here. The living room upstairs has new Italian leather sofas, separate accent chairs and overlooks the gourmet kitchen and dining area. We included a high chair, playpen and outlet covers to accommodate little ones.

We now have an amazing outdoor space with a 6 person hot tub, huge playground, gas grill in bbq area with picnic table and fully fenced yard!

We've gone to every effort to provide a clean, allergen-free space for everyone. We use only non-toxic cleaners to clean the home between stays, no perfumes or air fresheners with VOC's and we have a strict no pet policy.

The kitchen provides you with any amenity you need to cook your own meals. We include Coffee (including decaf), tea, hot chocolate and even some snacks for the weary traveler.

The secluded master suite features a memory foam king bed with nightstands complete with usb chargers, a 32" smart tv and walk-in closet. The master bath includes a dual-head tiled walk-in shower, a large soaker tub and dual vanities with plenty of storage.

4 more bedrooms are private, uniquely themed, have close access to a bathroom and queen memory foam beds, dressers and smart TV's.

The bunkroom in the basement features 3 sets of bunk beds totaling 6 twin beds.

The basement includes a huge family room with a large comfy sectional, a 70" smart tv, 2 futons that convert into queen beds for some extra sleeping space and a game table with a TON of board games and card games.

Hi! I'm Andrea Jardine and I'd love to welcome you to our home in Idaho Falls. I am a real estate agent and for 18 years I've also worked side-by-side with my husband Ben building homes throughout East Idaho. When I came to study in the area in 1999, I met my husband who was born and raised here. I've lived here ever since. We've been married for 21 years and have 2 daughters. We love the East Idaho area and all it has to offer. Although we do see some colder temperatures and snow, there is a beautiful serenity that comes with winter here in Idaho. And the summers are truly amazing. We love to go camping, hiking, skiing and riding in the mountains. We love to travel all over the world and enjoy learning about new places and cultures.

In addition to being a full time real estate agent and helping with the home building, we have rental properties that we love to open up to new friends. We love meeting new people and learning about the parts of the world they are visiting from.

We built this home with the intention of selling it to a buyer here in Idaho Falls. But as we neared completion we started to discover how amazing this home would be as a short term rental. With so many spaces to offer different age groups and experiences.. it really is the perfect place to create privacy and fun. We recognize that this property is able to accommodate more than one family at a time, which offers an affordability to families trying to split the cost of accommodations. We also found that many of our clients needed a place to stay for a bit while waiting for a home to close.

Separate living spaces like a game room, family room, living room and secluded master suite make this property very unique. Another unique benefit is the new element. No allergens, no damage, no dinginess. We take every possible effort to ensure a clean, healthy environment, especially for those with breathing issues, like myself. We don't use any strong perfumes, VOC's, bleach. Instead we use powerful non-toxic sanitation including products. This home is within walking distance to the hospital and other medical offices and a short drive to shopping.
