The fully equipped kitchen has a Keurig coffeemaker and a drip coffeemaker. Screened porch and deck downstairs and deck upstairs off the Master bedroom. The Master bedroom has a 50" TV and a King size bed..
You will have access to the community pool and fishing pier on the bay.
Cross the road to the Fort Morgan Marina, where you can charter a fishing boat for your family or have dinner on the deck at Tacky Jacks while you watch the sunset.

This unit rents on a Sunday to Sunday basis during Spring Break (March-April) & Summer (June-August), There is a 4 night minimum for the following dates: Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas as well as the "off season". If a reservation is made contrary to the owner mandated schedule, the reservation will be changed to reflect the correct dates.

A canopy will be provided from Memorial Day weekend until August 3, 2024. Chairs will NOT be provided.

WE RENT A YEAR TO THE DATE. IF YOU MAKE A RESERVATION BEFORE THE CURRENT GUEST REFUSES RENTAL FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION AND REFUND YOUR MONEY.
