Apartment 2:
Our house Birkenallee was built in 1996 and expanded in 2003. It is in a central location near the forest, 8 min. Walk to the pier / beach. The apartment is located in the 1. OG, is comfortably furnished with light pine furniture. Of course, the fitted kitchen has a dishwasher. For the smallest guests, a cot and a high chair are available and an in-house playground will definitely not boredom arise. 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with double bed as a four poster bed. Rooms of the apartment .: kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a living room with dining area. (Balcony) (Bed linen and towels can be borrowed for a fee).

Our house Birkenallee was built in 1996 and expanded in 2003. It is in a central location near the forest, 8 min. Walk to the pier / beach. Shopping, restaurants / cafe's and public transport (bus / train) can be reached in 3 to 5 minutes. Our house birchavenue is particularly family-and child-friendly. A barbecue and playground beside a forest is always available. Furthermore, we offer free of charge cots and highchairs. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are also available in the house and can be used for a fee.  Your four-legged friends (pets) are welcome guests. Our small spa with sauna, solarium and billiards allows you to active recreation. Our comfortable apartments are furnished with light furniture. They have 1 or 2 bedrooms, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower / bathtub and a spacious living and dining area, with satellite TV, radio and balcony (except FeWo3).

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.

Okay aber mehr nicht

Küchenausstattung unzureichend! Es fehlen die einfachsten Sachen, die eine Küche haben muss. Sauberkeit war nicht in Ordnung, viel Staub und Dreck unter den Betten und Sofa. WLAN war so gut wie nicht verhanden, abwohl es mit in der Ausstattung ang angepriesen würde. Das einzige positive ist die Lage des Objektes. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht, vorallem wenn man den Preis betrachtet.

FeWo Nr. 2 vom 27.07.19-03.08.19

Das Mietobjekt liegt günstig in der Nähe der Seebrücke und des Strandes - zu Fuß erreichbar in 10 min. Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern (5 und 7) sowie unserem Hund dort. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und wir konnten auch schon eine Stunde eher in die Wohnung rein. Für die Kinder gab es Spielmöglichkeiten hinter dem Hause, welche sie aber kaum genutzt haben, weil wir immer unterwegs waren. Grundsätzlich war alles sauber aber es war noch Sand vom Vormieter auf den Matratzenschonern - fand ich persönlich nicht so toll. Die FeWo 2 verfügt wie beschrieben über einen Balkon. Hier handelt es sich um einen großen Balkon den man sich mit der FeWo 1 teilt. Getrennt wird er lediglich durch drei kleine Blumentöpfe und einer Art kleinem Windschutz. Schade, denn somit konnte unser Hund ihn nicht nutzen - er hätte zum Nachbarn gehen können und sowas möchte man ja auch nicht. Weiterhin gibt es zum Balkon hin einen Ausgang einer weiteren FeWo und es sind demzufolge ständig Leute drüber gelaufen, welche auch einen Hund hatten. Diese Lösung fanden wir mehr als ungünstig und ein wenig Privatsphäre war demzufolge gleich Null. Trotzdem war es ein schöner Urlaub in Graal-Müritz.

Vorn der guten Sauberkeit und kompletten Ausstattung auch für Kinder über die freundlichen Gastgeber bis hin zum schönen Ferienort war alles super. Für Familien mit Kinder ist es nur zu empfehlen

Es war hier ein toller Urlaub, die Ferienwohnung war super, die Vermieterin sehr nett und die Lage spitze. Die Entfernung bis zum Strand ist zu Fuß in 10 min zu überwinden.
