Comfortable, clean, cozy cabin nestled in the woods of FDR state park. Roomy master bedroom downstairs, upstairs queen bedroom with attached bathroom and loft area with double bottom/single top. Large front porch with swings; 700 sq ft back porch with single bed, rockers and swing. Side yard has enclosed doggy area. Wood fireplace, park grill, Keurig with K-cup pods provided as well as welcome drinks and basic spices.

Explore the surrounding areas to find Red Oak Creek Covered Bridge and Fitzgerald Fruit Farm (homemade ice cream- Yum!). Wine tasting and blueberry farm also within 30 minutes drive.

Retro cabin with an amazing deck overlooking a steep hill into the forest. The fire pit is perfect for catching up with friends.Kitchen is a little dated but blends with the rustic cabin feeling that belongs in this beautiful forested spot. We would love to go back again!Side note: We had to go into town for foil, storage bags, extra paper towels, toilet paper, and all purpose spray cleaner (for cleaning up after meals). So, our recommendation is that if you don't know, just bring it.

Much needed vacation

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin! It was clean, easy to get to, well priced, and our dogs got to stay with us! Loved the convenience of a fenced in area for the dogs. Short distance to hiking, Callaway, and into town. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!
