Surrounded with nature, forest and mountain Promina, you can find relaxing and "battery charging" holiday in our villa, which is combination of modern and traditional dalmatian style. The house and garden perfectly evoke the typical appearance of a Dalmatian home and uniquely combine the beauty of a traditional exterior with modern , tastefully decorated interior . The whole complex is dominated by bright colors , stone , greenery and Mediterranean plants that will surely impress and , most importantly , provide you with an excellent environment for relaxation and a perfect holiday in nature . The whole property is available exclusively to our guests and they have complete privacy. Guests have access to whole property: House, private parking, swimming pool 32 sq.m.The house is located in a quiet area that guarantees complete rest without any noise or interference from neighbours. Only 8 km from villa is breathtaking, UNESCO protected Waterfalls Krka with little island Visovac and magnificent Roški slap where you can take a lunch.

What a fantastic location for a relax

Loved the property and location. It is a bit of a drive from split airport 1hr 15mins but no real issue. Fantastic location to visit split, trogir, krka national park and sibinek. Best features were the pool and the outdoor dining and BBQ area. Also the abundance of figs that we were more than happy to eat. The property was impeccable and Angela was always on hand to provide local information and happy to accommodate any request, even ensure that we were happy with the pool temp. We would very much love to return again in the near future.

Perfekter Urlaubsort für eine Gruppe von Freunden/Familien

Das Haus ist modern, sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön und perfekt um lange Abende draußen zu verbringen. Dabei hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf die Landschaft. Die Vermieterin war wirklich sehr freundlich und flexibel und immer ansprechbar. Wenn man ein Auto zur Verfügung hat, kann man mehrere tolle Tagesausflüge machen. Ohne Auto kann man aber auch einfach die Zeit im Haus genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

Einfach nur perfekt!

Wir verbrachten 10 wunderschöne Tage in Kroatien! Der Empfang lief reibungslos ab, wir waren mit Angela stetig in Kontakt während unserer Anreise mit dem Auto. Wir wurden super herzlich empfangen und bekamen eine ausführliche Haus-und Gartenbesichtigung. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man durfte das reife Obst und Gemüse pflücken und essen. Zwei Tage vor Abreise hatte unser Auto Probleme mit der Kupplung. Angela war sehr hilfsbereit und kümmerte sich direkt um eine passende Werkstatt. Es war ein toller Urlaub in einer traumhaftschönen Villa. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!
