Exceptional family home in the Creuse department

Le Domaine de la Châtre: It is by walking along a long shaded alley that we discover this large and magnificent family home, opening onto an enclosed park on the edge of two adjoining ponds. The whole is located on a private property of woods and meadows where Limousin horses and cows graze.
The house is located near the RN 145, one km from the town and ten km from Guéret.
On the ground floor: large entrance, kitchen with pantry, large dining room (50m2), large living room (48m2), a bedroom, a bathroom and two toilets.
Upstairs, a large landing leading to 8 bedrooms, each with a toilet and a shower for 3 of them. A separate shower is also present on the 1st floor as well as 2 toilets.�PGJyPgIn terms of equipment, the house is very well equipped with tableware and kitchen equipment. In the cellar you will have a laundry room.
Outside you will find, garden table and chairs, plancha, storage room (games, bicycles, deckchairs, parasols....), swing... The swimming pool (10x5) is located in a space close to but different from the house space. It is secured by an electric floating shutter. It is heated from May 15 to September 15 depending on the outside temperatures.
Fishing possible in the ponds but in a responsible and non-destructive way (No Kill, limited number of rods, no fishing during heat waves and low water).
A cleaning fee of 200€ applies to each stay. Beds are made on arrival. Towels are not provided. Bath mats and tea towels are provided.
The house is heated for your arrival and then the heating is at your expense. Electricity is free, except in case of excessive consumption. A deposit of 1500€ is required.
