Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Kvarner Bay from this vacation home. It is quietly located on a well-kept and fenced plot. You are vacationing near Opatija on a terraced terrain. The last approx. 30 m of the driveway are not asphalted. Experience a pleasant vacation in this accommodation, which consists of three separate accommodation units, some of which are connected by external stairs. The largest unit, which extends over three floors, is connected with interior stairs. The lowest ceiling height is 170 cm. The many terraces offer everyone a corner to themselves. By car you can also quickly reach the first beaches. Visit Opatija, which attracts with lots of entertainment and gastronomic facilities.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.

Denna villa är perfekt för flera familjer som vill bo tillsammans och gillar att laga middagen själva. Att ta sig till Opatija och parkera på kvällarna kan vara svårt och taxin för större sällskap fram och tillbaka blir kostsamt. Värden var mycket tillmötesgående och jag rekommenderar denna fastighet och återkommer gärna hit igen. Vi var tre familjer som var här i 14 dagar.

Wonderful place

We were a group of 13 persons and enjoyed a wonderful week in Vila Iris. The view is breathtaking, the house was clean and is very well equipped (e.g. a/c in nearly every room and 3 dish washers) and the communication was perfect, we could even check in earlier than expected. It was a great stay and we have nothing to complain about.
