Say hello to the most perfect little sea cabin for your getaway to Isle of Palms! This one-bedroom, one-bathroom is great for a little weekend escape with your family or friends and is right off the beach. With community amenities like a pool and private fishing pier, this wonderful property has it all!
Things to know prior to booking your stay:
- The Sea Cabin buildings do not have an elevator. Stairs are used to access all units, including some stairs to the 1st floor. - Full Disclosure: There is a small bunk bed built into the hallway – they are loved by children and even perfect for some small adults. They’re also a great place to use for extra storage if not being used for sleeping! They measure 24”x72.5” compared to standard twin size of 38”x75”. - All units are 490 sq. ft. – they most comfortably accommodate 2 adult guests with smaller children. But while they are smaller, they are still 2x the size of most hotel rooms and include a fully functional kitchen! - 1st floor condos offer peeks of the ocean from the private balcony! 2nd and 3rd floor offer the best direct views of the Atlantic Ocean! - Please carefully review all photos including the aerial photo that shows the layout of the condo complex to get an idea of where you'll be staying. - Washers and Dryers are located next to the pool on the oceanfront; they are coin operated or you can download an app to pay! - Parking notes: Each unit is given 1 parking pass during peak season (June 1 – August 1). One extra pass may be requested during the off season. -The community pool is not heated and is usually open year round depending on the weather. - No smoking. A $500 dollar fine will be issued in order to professionally get rid of the odor. - No pets on site per condo regime and condo owner. No exception unless ADA documentation is provided prior to your arrival. A $500 dollar fine will be issued if pet(s) are found on site without proper documentation. - This property is managed by Carroll Realty, located on the island just 1.5 miles from the condo should you need anything during your stay!
Walk into this adorable condo and you’ll be greeted by a hallway area, which features an additional bunk bed built into the wall, and this area can be closed off for privacy, giving you the added benefit of additional sleeping space—and kids will love cozying up in the little nook! From here, you journey onward into the main kitchen and living area, a beautifully updated space with lots of light.
The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring stainless steel appliances, as well as a regular coffee maker for all the coffee lovers out there. A convenient breakfast bar offers up two counter seats, while the living room is furnished with a sofa, chair, and flat-screen TV. Past the sliding doors out to the patio, you’ll find a spacious outdoor setup, with a bistro set an additional seating. With partial views of the water, it’s a fantastic place to take your breakfast in the morning, or to watch the sun set with your beverage of choice.
Inside, the master bedroom offers up a queen bed, along with a cable equipped flat-screen TV. For additional sleeping space, the sofa in the living area folds out to a full-sized bed! Additional perks of this property include free Wi-Fi and an easily accessible first floor, with only a few steps up.
When you stay at this lovely property, you’ll enjoy access to the Sea Cabin Condominiums community amenities, such as the pool, laundry facilities, and private fishing pier! Another added bonus is the beach here is one of the only lifeguarded areas on the island, giving you more peace of mind for oceanside activities. Only a short walk away you’ll find local restaurants, shopping, beach boutiques, the Isle of Palms County Park, local bars and nightlife, and so much more!
Beach gear is available for rental nearby, as this condo is very centrally located. When you stay at this amazing condo, you’re never more than a walk away from the beach and the action in town!
Bed Layout: Bedroom has a Queen Bed with TV. There is a Queen Sleeper Sofa in the Living Room. The hallway consists of a bunk bed built-in to the wall - perfect for a small child!
ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AND BATH TOWEL SETS ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a starter set of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

The Sea Cabin Condominiums share a Community Pool including a kiddie pool, Coin Laundry Facility, and also have access to a Private Fishing Pier! These condos are centrally located right on Ocean Blvd which is a great location to be within walking distance to Local Restaurants, Beach Shopping, the county park, ice cream shops, island night life, and more! The Sea Cabin Condominiums each 500 square feet and are comprised of a three-building complex where all units have private balconies overlooking the beach and Atlantic Ocean. This is also the only lifeguarded area on the island = comfort in safety! Wireless Internet is also available. Come try your luck at fishing from the 1000-foot fishing pier that is only accessible by condominium owners and guests or enjoy a relaxing walk on the pier over the breaking waves. Bike, water sport and beach umbrella rentals are available nearby. Shopping, fantastic dining, ice cream shops, nightly entertainment, grocery store, and post office are a short walk from the complex.
A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 1 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 21 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $500 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

Cute 1 bedroom condo with amazing views of the ocean. Twin bed perfect for children built into the wall across from master. Pull out couch. Recently updated kitchen and bathroom. Within walking distance to coffee shops, groceries, and restaurants. Great private beach! Great stay for a few days! Our only very minor complaint was that the outside of the condo could use some updating just for aesthetic purposes. It had nothing to do with our awesome stay!

I went to this property with three other friends for a weekend, the condo itself is very small but perfect for the amount of time we were there. Beach and pier access were great, would recommend especially for a summer trip!
We had a great stay. We have stayed in the sea cabins before, but this is probably the cleanest one we have stayed in. Perfect size for 2! Best to bring your own pillows

We spent 5 of 7 days lying on the beach, reading, relaxing. It was so convenient to go to the beach or walk to restaurants locally. This was exactly what we needed as a chaotic summer.
Returning to Isle of Palms was a wonderful time. We had lived there for a decade in the 90’s, and although much has changed, the beauty of the island remains!

This very clean, compact condo has all you will need for a beach vacation. Bring your own beach towels, but all else is provided. I would give it a 5 when it gets a better master bed and a more comfy couch. Location is great and beach is beautiful. I did not even look at the pool. If you fish, it has a pier.

The unit was very updated, felt very clean, it was in a great location, had a private pier and private entrance to the beach. Area was extremely quiet. Private balcony was a great place to enjoy breakfast. It had a little table with chairs. Even though the unit was on the first floor, you could still see the ocean. Overall would stay here again. Did have concerns with a weak spot in the hallway floor. It did not cause us any issues, we just avoided stepping in that area when possible. Sent an email to the property manager and they were very quick to respond and mentioned they would schedule repairs with their maintenance crew.
Everything was as described/shown in listing. I give it 4.5/5 stars only bc the bedding was dated and worn with really thin/flimsy pillows. That’s really the only negative!

I stayed here with my husband for our honeymoon. We had the BEST time, and were pleasantly surprised at how well kept this property was! Everything was as described, and the pictures are accurate. It was very clean and very modern and updated! The private pier and beach was one of our favorite things! The condo had everything from dishes to towels and toiletries etc. You can walk to Icecream,
Dinner spots, and shoppes. We loved not having to get in the car to go to dinner. Check out instructions were very clear, and very simple! So many good things to say! We will definitely be back! 😃

Overall, it was a pretty good experience staying here. It’s a little smaller than the pictures made it look but that wasn’t really an issue. It could have been a little cleaner in my opinion. I went to clean up a spill very shortly after we got there, and the swiffer mop head was almost super dirty after just cleaning the hallway area. Which makes it clear to me that the floors are not mopped after each guest and I think that should be part of the cleaning routine between each guest. It’s a small place so a good mopping wouldn’t take more than 20 minutes. Most everything else looked clean but the dirty floor makes me question how well things really were cleaned. The dishwasher was also still full when we got there so we had to run it again since we didn’t know if the dishes were clean or not. It’s in a great location in relation to the beach and restaurants though and we didn’t have to drive too much which was nice. Access to the pier was great too. Also you only get one parking pass which is something I didn’t know until booking the place since it’s in the small print.
Great location to the beach, pool, shops and restaurants. We have stayed in this condo complex before but on the third floor, which became tiresome since there isn’t an elevator. This year we chose the first floor, which had much easier access. Unfortunately, much more foot traffic noise, expected during the Easter holiday and spring break week.
The unit is cute and neutral grey and white with a tile bathroom and laminate flooring throughout.
Only negative was the mattress on the pull out bed. It was so thin that you could feel the metal bars through it. The pillows were all thin too.
Overall, gave it a great rating and would recommend if only using the bed in the bedroom.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Travel insurance covers every guest scheduled to come on the trip. Please call us for more information or visit our website for detailed plan information. Upon arrival, if you do not accept the unit you have reserved your deposit will be forfeited.
Power/ weather related cancellation: Carroll Realty does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, or forest fires. Additionally, Carroll Realty will not issue refunds in the event of a pandemic (for example, Covid-19) or acts of nature such as a hurricane. In light of these events, we strongly urge every reservation to purchase one of the two travel insurance plans that we offer. Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October.
