Newly renovated (summer 2022) with views overlooking Four O' Clock Run. This unit is roomy, 1600 square feet, with 3 bedrooms plus a sleeping loft. Sleeping accommodations include 3 kings and 4 twins which are in the loft. Ski-in on Four O'clock Run- directly to the condo. Ski-out from the Snowflake lift in front of the condo about 1/2 block (100 footsteps) to lift. No lift lines-the lift services only our neighborhood. Great views of mountain and ski slope from all rooms. Nice open floor plan with a gas fireplace in the living area . Great for warming up after skiing. Access to the upper village hot tubs and indoor/outdoor pool with changing rooms, about a 5 minute walk through Primrose path in the neighborhood.
Sledding on Four O'Clock Run provides great fun for the kids after the slopes close in the afternoon.
Located next to the lift provides easy access for skiing and just two blocks from Main Street shops and restaurants. This a perfect location for enjoying Breckenridge without getting in the car.
In addition to skiing, other winter activities include sleigh rides, snowmobiling, ice skating, dog sledding and tubing.
Summer also offers beautiful weather with many activities. Enjoy the mountain views while mountain biking, hiking, golfing, whitewater rafting, or fishing.

The property was still being cleaned when we arrived and I felt they were rushed to ready things for us. The coffee maker was full of dried grounds which took some heavy soaking to clean for use. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were comfortable.
This spacious condo was perfect for our friend renuion. Ultra clean and very well equipped with full kitchen and lots of space to dine with comfortable seating around the TV/fireplace area. Nice and close to main street, hiking trails and restaurants.
Great place and location! Place has everything you need to eat in if you so choose. Location to town is great you can walk to it after a day of skiing, it's that cloase.
Place was clean and great location. Only complaint is the “loft” is more like a crawl space and is not suitable for any adults. The place is good for 6 adults
Great location next to 4 o clock ski run. Spacious enough for 4 adults and 4 children. The kids loved tubing on the slopes after it closed in the afternoon. Close to Main Street and ski lift!
Close to lift and great rental place that lets you store equipment. Ski in and short walk to lift out. Easy walk to town. All amenities in unit. Great place for large number of kids
Very well-appointed and clean. Easy to get to free bus stop and around town. The skiers in my group loved the easy lift access and short lines. Not sure about the "loft", sort of a misnomer. Good place for kids to crawl into or adult skiers who just need a shallow space to crawl into a single bed to sleep. No privacy. We did not use it. We would come back to this unit when we return to Breck. Nice views.

Friends ski trip
The house and location are fine. The listing states it can sleep 10 but it was very tight with 8 male friends. Would recommend 3 couples and kids but not more 6 guys on a ski trip.
Worse weather in 30 years, things broke, and manager was on repairs. Everything as advertised. Would rent again.

Great spot just missing the details
First while the house has 3 king beds and 4 twins, it only has 1 parking spot. You will have to park the additional vehicles at the airport which was less than convenient.Everything else might be fixed when you check in. The toilet wasn’t clean when we checked in, there were no brooms or vacuums to help aid any cleanup, wrong size coffee filters, and the fire place remote didn’t work.The location and space are great, ski in/hike up less than a block to the lift was great!

We try to be as detailed and transparent as possible. The parking description is described in detail on the listing. It is important to read all information prior to booking. Guest are directed to parking options on the website and given information in the key packet. The condo is walkable to everything in Breckenridge. There is no need to get in the car after you arrive. This is one of the beauties of being right on the slope and close to town.
Also, information on the website states to please contact management if you have any concerns or issues. They are always available would have been happy to help,

The property was well appointed and very clean. Tastefully decorated and not cluttered! Kitchen had all needed amenities. Ski and ski out. Location was excellent. It’s extremely comfortable. We especially loved the gas fireplace! We wish that the complex hot tub wasn’t so far away. We were not interested in walking, there in the dark and cold after skiing all day. But everything else was great!
Good location (Four O'Clock Road is where we always stay). Good layout. Spiral staircase to loft and upstairs bedroom requires some care navigating; it would not be good to allow a small child to use it. Kitchen supplies basic, though satisfactory (except one frying pan that does not work with the induction cooktop). We would stay again.
Great condo , close to everything. The Google map took us behind where the office was for picking up the keys. Manager texted us the address , we could not get to condo until after the office closed. Would have been nice if the text said 300 North Main , office hours n the front. Everything else was excellent.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Rooms were lovely, views brilliant. Location amazing.

Kitchen had fab new appliances and enough quality cutlery, glassware, and china for our large group.
Only nitpick; only one medium cookpot for house that sleeps at least 10. Required some imagination to cook pasta one night. (Used crockpot to reheat sauce.)
But, yes, would absolutely return here with the family, but I’ll bring a good sized pot to donate. ;)
This property is not for old people. With the altitude it was very hard to get up 2 flights of stairs with ski gear/luggage/food. In the apartment there’s also stairs to the master bedroom which was difficult.
The location is very convenient. It’s a 3 min walk uphill to snowflake lift. (Take the street) and ski I’m down the four o clock.

With the base elevation of Breckenridge at 9800 feet, it is one of the higher mountains in the country to ski. Adjusting to the altitude can take several days depending on various factors such as the altitude to which your body is accustomed and overall physical fitness. Everybody has to stop and catch their breath the first few days of walking/skiing in Breckenridge. I'm sorry you found the stairs to be an obstacle. (The stairs are actually one flight with a landing and another 5 steps up to the entry.). In the property description and pictures, it shows the stairs to the front door and the interior stairs. Most units in the mountain will have some stairs. It sounds like in the future it would be best for you to find one that doesn't. There are also grocery and ski delivery services available in Breckenridge which are a great option for getting settled in.
I hope you had great skiing on the mountain and a fun trip!
Great ski-in spot at Breck with quick access to lift and town
Location is one of the best. Ski/board right into the lodge on the Four O'Clock Run. Very easy and short walk to the Snowflake lift right across the street. 2 minute drive into town, or 5-6 minute walk. The condo itself was reasonably spacious for our group of 8. Nice having 3 bathrooms, one on each level. The beds in the open loft area upstairs with low ceilings are a pretty tight squeeze for adults, but would be perfect for kids. Check-in/out was a breeze. Only drawback here I'd say is the shared pool and hottub location is not very convenient if that's a draw for you... It's approx. a 10-minute walk.
We stayed here four nights with another family. Location is great, but check in process should be explained a bit more upfront. I called and found out I had to pick up keys at a location and drop off when we left.
Also, the loft mentioned is very tiny and even our seven year old had to duck under a support beam to get into the loft. Definitely not for bigger kids. There was no headspace for the kids if they sat up at night hitting their heads.
Very clean property and had all the amenities you would need and owner was responsive when we had an issue arise. Overall would stay again, but picture is very deceiving of loft space. Maybe four feet tall ceiling at the high point.
Very walkable to all things in Breckenridge .

We apologize that you didn't see the email provided by VRBO. We promptly answered when you contacted us the day before check-in. We make every effort to make check in convenient and be available for questions. The management company, which is conveniently located on the way to the condo, issues a parking pass with dates specific to your stay, therefore, this property is not self check-in. The description states there is limited head space in the loft and refers guests to view pictures.
Pictures clearly depict a sloped low ceiling in full view. Looking forward to your future stay with us! We hope you had a great vacation in Breckenridge!!!
Overall a very negative experience and would not recommend. Unfortunately encountered multiple issues during our stay and management/ownership did not help to resolve them and was actually very unkind throughout. First, management emailed incorrect offsite parking instructions, which is problematic because there is only one onsite parking spot at the condo and any other cars have to park offsite. Be very careful about where you park and double check anything the management tells you.Second, we encountered the same issue as many other guests have noted in their reviews: the loft photos are very misleading in how they look—the loft is much smaller in person with a maximum ceiling height of 3-4ft above the beds. You have to crawl to get into the 4 singles beds and it’s really not suitable for adults.Third, none of the electrical outlets in the house supported hairdryers, so we had wet hair all weekend. We tried to contact management and they were very rude in response.Lastly, some of the bathrooms were missing hand soap and body wash and you have to go in person to the management company to receive check-in instructions, which is inconvenient.

We answered your concern about the outlets and requested that you check the GFI switch and to contact management if it continued to be a problem. We did not hear back. A follow up call was provided by the owner the next day.
Physical check in is required to obtain a parking pass.

Great Condo with a Few Exceptions
Great location, great views, very nice remodel. The loft accounts for 4 beds but is a semi functional sleeping space. Ceiling is very low, it's open to the living room and very loud, and it's also bright in the morning with no window coverings. Spiral staircase going upstairs to loft and bedroom is very tight for adults. The condo can technically accommodate 10 people but you can only park 1 vehicle at the building. Off site parking is not close. The host/owner was very nice. The management company not so much. The experience would be better without WoodWinds Management. They gave us physical keys to a digital deadbolt that auto locks every 2-3 minutes. Very easy to get locked out. Be careful. Overall, the price was right and location was good but we felt like a few of these unknowns/issues left us feeling like value more accurately aligned with price.
