Located on the second floor of a luxury residence with elevator, this vacation apartment comprises a living/dining room with a pull-out sofa bed (double bed), a fully-equipped open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a cabin with two single bunk beds, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet with washbasin.

The residence is located in the heart of the village of Praz-sur-Arly, not far from the ski slopes (approx. 600 m). The new summer swimming lake is around 800 meters from the apartment.
You'll also benefit from a named indoor parking space and a private ski locker. The apartment has a west-facing balcony accessible from the living room.

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price.

Please note: Construction work is currently underway near the flat during the summer of 2025. Noise pollution may therefore occur during the day.
