From boating, rock climbing, hiking, and mountain biking in the summer to skiing, snowmobiling, and snow shoeing in the winter, there are endless opportunities to get outside and enjoy nature. I've lived out of the state and country and have come back to Utah because of what it has to offer.

This property is perfectly located at the end of a cul-de-sac with a creek in the backyard, giving it a cabin-like feel. However, you are minutes from the freeway that can take you to Big/Little Cottonwood Canyons, Park City, and downtown Salt Lake.

Situated on over an acre, this secluded property has been recently remodeled. It has a cedar wood interior with high ceilings and an open floor plan. Also includes a large hot tub next to the creek and traditional sauna. It's very spacious and ideal for large groups.
