Just steps away from the intersection of Queen's Highway and the Moon Trails, you'll capture true "first tracks" and the most powder runs every day directly from this property on either the Tram, Flyer Express Quad or Metro Quad lifts as well as the Tramside Uphill Travel Route!
Perfect location for kids & beginner skier/riders as well- Queen's Highway also leads to the Moving Carpet Learning Area and the Metro Quad offers direct access to green (easy) trails which return to your home base- making it the perfect circle for all abilities!!

Return to your own personal lodge conveniently from anywhere on the mountain maximizing the most skiing & riding time possible. Enjoy this true "on-mountain" experience as you watch the groomers pass within snowball distance!

This clean, comfortable, newly remodeled updated 1st floor -end unit with private entrance has 2 bedrooms / 1 bath, sleeps 7 (1 queen sized bed, 1 twin over full bunk bed & 1 convertible sofa), plenty of gear storage, a gear dryer, full kitchen with stove/oven, coffee maker & toaster, pots/pans, dishes & silverware/cooking utensils and an in-unit washer/dryer to provide all the amenities of home.
Easy short walk to all of Jay's Tramside activities like restaurants, shoppes, water park, gym, pool/hot tub, and outdoors fire pit- the only time you'll need to get in your vehicle is when you return home at the end of your stay.

Smart features like passcode door lock and exterior ring doorbell cameras to verify occupancy make your stay safe, convenient and seamless.

Fresh Powder at Powder Moon

We had a wonderful stay at Powder Moon! The condo is beautiful, well equipped and very organized. The location next to the trail is fantastic, we had tons of fresh snow. Jennifer was a fantastic host and responded quickly to any question we had. We would love to return!

Pristine and organized

We’ve stayed in many VRBO’s. However, this must be the cleanest and most organized property we have stayed in. Everything was in perfect condition. I’m sure it has to be the nicest at Jay Peak. Ski in/out location was ideal and when not on skis, it is a quick walk down to the tramside amenities. Highly recommend.

Nicely equipped and clean condo with view / access to the ski run

Nice, very clean, well equipped condo. Ski run is 15 (or so) steps away from the door. It can be used as a replacement to inconveniently located lodges at Jay Peak: you can always stop by the condo to warm yourself up with something. Bedrooms are small, but how much time you are spending there... The sleep is comfortable thought! Jennifer is a very responsive host. Definitely recommending her and the place!

Very happy with this unique ski in/ski out condo at Jay Peak

This was our 5th trip to Jay Peak. The spring weather was great with 8 inches of snow over the weekend. This is the cleanest and most unique accomodations we've found at Jay. Very modern and clean! The layout is great and kitchen and laundry are very functional with all amenities we needed. Beds and big couch were comfy. Two minor issues for us: it was a workout getting bags, groceries and ski equipment up the icy steps to the condo. Also, there is an orange light along the walkway that shines into the master bedroom at night. All-in-all a great stay and we hope to return soon!

Amazing Location/Incredible Service

The condo was absolutely perfect. Great location right on Queens highway and an easy to ski to the base/lifts. The house was immaculate and had everything you could possibly want (although it did take me a minute to find the extra blankets and a stash of games, which were in the couch storage!). The owner was incredibly responsive - within seconds of sending an inquiry, I would get a response. I generally never leave reviews because I am too lazy, but I had to do it this time as our trip was so great! I will also say that the issue with the light in the master bedroom that others mentioned has been fixed with some light blocking curtains. Highly Recommend!

Beautiful, right on the ski slope

We had everything we needed for our home away from home while at Jay Peak, and only a tiny hill to climb up to get right onto one of the easy trails, quite close to the bottom of the mountain. We were able to walk to the services of the resort itself including the water park, restaurants and general store. The only reason those walks were sometimes difficult was because we had a dump of fresh powder during our visit. It made the skiing great but walking tough!! Jennifer responded promptly to messages sent via the VRBO app, but for most things, we didn’t need to reach out, because the condo was well organized for us.

The condo location was amazing. My only complaint was that the owner had complete control of the condo temperature which was way too warm. There was also a light right outside of the master bedroom so sleeping at night took some getting used to. Some room darkening curtains would have helped. We also had one family member sleeping in the living room and there was no window covering for the patio slider so she felt she was being watched the whole time because there were cameras everywhere. Especially on the porch. Overall, great condo but loosen up on the cameras and heat and air conditioning.

Powder moon at Jay Peak

We had a wonderful time in this unit! It was the perfect location & super comfortable to spend time in. We ski’d all day & then hung out at the condo each night. There was no reason to go anywhere else :) Jackie was lovely & very accommodating to deal with.! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home!

Why they chose this property

Jay Peak is a mountain like no other in the North East. The average annual snowfall @ Jay Peak is 359" - That's almost 30' of snow per year!! We love to ride not only on piste but in the trees too, and Jay Peak offers the best tree skiing with well kept glades and chutes and plenty of snow to fill in the gaps. Jay Peaks boasts 385 acres of skiing & riding with plenty of challenging steeps & glades, to well groomed family friendly runs, a boarder cross course, terrain park and hike-able rail yard will all provide endless hours of adventure.
