House was clean. Outside could be cleaned up. Needed more cooking essentials. Fenced rear yard for dog was great. Very quiet neighborhood and very convenient to shopping and restaurants. We would stay here again.
This property was perfect for our needs while we attended a family wedding in Greensboro for the weekend. The property was clean and the right size for our group of six.
Keypad inoperable to back door, host wanted me to leave the only front door key hidden outside, no blankets (just throws), thermostat repair took 4 days
The house was perfect for our stay in Greensboro. The owners were so helpful and great at communicating with us. All text's or email's to them were answered almost immediately. The home was exactly as it was pictured and provided everything we needed. Especially nice was the screened in back porch. We spent a lot of time out there reading and relaxing. I highly recommend this home for your next stay in Greensboro!
We needed a short stay while our house was being built and this home was very comfortable and located close to everything. We didn’t even realize there were neighbors because the house is surrounded by trees in a quiet neighborhood. John was quick to reply with our questions. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this modern charm.
We had a short two night stay for a hectic family filled weekend. The checkin process was easy, the house smelled super clean and the beds were very comfortable. We will be staying at John’s again when visiting our family in Greensboro in the future.
The house was nice and the owners were very accommodating. They answer all of your questions right away. The house is in a great location and neighborhood.
We stayed here for a concert at the coliseum with our dogs. It was just a short drive to downtown. Nice quiet neighborhood. Super clean home. John was very accommodating when we asked to extend our stay another night. Miranda is super nice & helpful as well. Amazing communication & always available. We would definitely recommend staying here & would absolutely stay here again!
Came to visit our son who is going to college there in Greensboro. Only 1 mile from campus and he was able to hang out with us all week. A little snafu getting checked in but only because the prior renter didn’t get out timely.
Planning on renting this house again
The property was as advertised. The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The property is very well manitained and have alot of space. Our host was very communicative and was in contact with us during our stay which was nice. My husband and I enjoyed the bottle of wine from our host as well. If we ever go back to Greensboro, NC again, we'll definitely stay there.
We were visiting Greensboro for 2 weeks with out two pups. The place was just what we needed. A large backyard that was fenced for the pups to chase plenty of squirrels! It was clean and had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. I will say the primary bedroom bed is Uber soft so if you’re not a soft bed person sleep in the other rooms!
John was responsive and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend. Great location, walking distance to grocery, food, coffee!!
This was a nice house only issue we had was it was only 1 tv in the house and the trash was already full when we arrived, so we added a bag of trash to the trash and a animal got in to it so we had to pick that up. But besides that everything was great and we would definitely stay there again! The host Shiela was very nice and communicated with me very quickly! Thanks 😊

A fair warning for the next people to stay here! The driveway is pretty much surrounded by poison ivy as is part of the fenced in backyard. CHECK YOUR BED AND THE COUCHES. My dad was bit by some pretty big ants on his elbow while he was on the couch and it swelled up p bad over night. Also my sister in law went to bed on our last night there and woke up with 4 separate bug bites on her back… I emailed the host about the issues and still haven’t heard back from them and it’s been a few days.
We were in town to visit family for Thanksgiving; location was great for us. Host responded very quickly when we had questions...so that was good. Inside of the property was mostly updated and met our needs, but it could have been cleaner. We didn't need to use the yard, so it did not really affect our stay, but it needs some TLC. The one big complaint that I do have is that the programming on the thermostat was locked, so that we could not change the temperature in the house at all. It was programmed to automatically change at different times of the day/night. We were way too hot at various times. When I asked the host, how I could change the temp, the only way was for us to turn it off completely.

The thermostat has been repaired. The yard was picked up the day before you arrived. This time of year, leaves and sticks are falling daily. As far as the cleanliness goes, both my cleaning person and inspector gave it a ”clean bill of health” so I’m not sure what you’re referring to.
Very clean and in a charming neighborhood; close to restaurants, grocery stores, and Target. An excellent value and I would definitely stay there again.
First off, the interior is extremely spacious, clean, comfy and accurate to the pictures in the listing. The owner and housekeeping kept in contact with us the entire time, answered questions and emails in quick response. Super nice people who know what they're doing to have customers leave happy. Price is well worth it considering most other properties won't be THAT accurate to the listing. You won't find a better overall stay I can promise you that 👍
Immaculate, attractive place to stay in Greensboro
This is a very clean, attractive property in a quiet residential neighborhood. We did not spend much time in the house as we were here for graduation activities in Winston Salem, but it more than met our needs. Extremely soft beds were the only negative for our group.
