Detached house on the outskirts, 400sqm fenced plot, large terrace, quiet location, 5min. to trim you in the woods, 10 min. to the complete infrastructure (bakers, butchers, REWE and s.w.) 15 minutes to the pool (all on foot). Bus stop around the corner, no thoroughfare, quiet neighbors.
Completely renovated 2016, living in the EC 90 sqm, separate second toilet, all rooms absolutely barrier-free with exit to the garden. Garage at the house. Pets Allowed.
