Absolutely loved our short stay! Could see tons of comfort in staying longer. Would definitely go back. Communication was excellent and friendly. Very clean and the added book nook was adorable, my daughter loved it. Highly recommend!
Nice place, it fit our needs. close to the state fair 15min. Away. Only thing its a 2 bdrm the loft is for a small child, otherwise everything was perfect.
Loved the house. It had everything we needed for a family of 4. Excellent location! Hosts had great communication. Very responsive of our needs. Will be staying here again!
The house was lovely - most interesting split level. It was well equipped and clean. Communication with the host was excellent. The location was perfect for the IronMan triathlon. Having a washer and dryer was most handy.
Stayed 4 nights. Very comfortable and cozy! Perfect for what we needed. The host definitely put effort into making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!

So glad you guys enjoyed your time at our place in Des Moines! You're welcome back anytime!
We came into town for a girls weekend. Kelsey was easy to communicate with, the space was a great location to access downtown, and was a comfortable weekend stay!
Check-in could not have gone smoother. Kitchen accommodations were very good. I would suggest upgrading the Keurig. But that is a minor issue. Overall very good.
We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at the house. The neighborhood was peaceful, and the house had all the essentials we needed. The hosts were incredibly responsive whenever we required assistance. My 9-year-old son especially adored the cozy corner filled with games and books.
The place was really nice. The reading cubby was a big hit with the kids. The nearby Angry Goldfish was a good dinner and Gray's Lake was a nice after dinner walk.
Only suggestion--a few more hooks to hang towels in the bathroom.
This property was very clean, had all the supplies you needed. The book nook was amazing! Kids loved it! It was a 2BR not a 3BR (unless living room is a bedroom). Would totally recommend and stay again! Amazing place!!! Easy checkout rules and great communication with the owner.
This property was very clean and comfortable for two people but it easily could have fit more. The kitchen came with all amenities to cook and the beds were very comfortable as well. The reading nook was so cute! The property manager was friendly, easy to reach and chat with. Was only there for a few days for the Iowa race, and the proximity to the track was perfect. The area was nice to explore after the race as well. I would definitely stay there again if I found myself in Des Moines again.
Comfortable home with a well supplied kitchen. Super clean home! Host communicated very well and was very helpful. Easy check in. Nice extra is a supply of books for all ages and board games.
Everyone in our group was pleased with the location and quality of this rental. We really enjoyed ourselves, even when rain kept us off of our bikes and inside.
We especially loved that there were bathroom necessities and condiments in this home. Many rentals have had nothing in the cabinets. It was nice, clean, and well located. Thank you for sharing it with us.
We really enjoyed this rental. It was clean and centrally located near many good places to eat! beds were comfy, offered a coffee area with coffee options and a great supply of towels! Recommend if you’re in the area!
We were extremely pleased with our stay. It was just the right amount of space for me, my husband, and our 8 year old daughter. Everything is decorated nicely and very clean. The beds and bedding were so comfortable, just perfect after our long days filled with fun summer activities (concert, shopping, zoo, brewery). It was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do- nothing was more than 15 minutes away. The owners were extremely easy to reach with the few questions we had, and the small details like the toiletries (even an emergency feminine hygiene kit- didn't need, but still appreciate the thoughtfulness) were high quality. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit the DSM area!
We had a great stay! The home was extremely clean and in a very convenient location, which was just what we wanted for a few nights while checking out the area. The helpful and friendly hosts also made checking in a breeze.
The property was very clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed for a few days. Our host was quick to respond and also gave great suggestions. The location was great and close to a lot.
