Lovran. The studio is located on a 1020 sqm enclosed property. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Holiday apartments KVA LOV 099 (2 persons), KVA LOV 100 (4 persons) and KVA LOV 103 (2 persons) are located in the same house. KVA LOV 102 001 and KVA LOV 103 001 share a 20 sqm terrace. Access is via a (asphalted) road. Parking on the property.
