Duplex apartment, in the hypercenter of Auray, located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a small townhouse, ideal for a family of 4 to 5 people.

On the 1st level, it is composed of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a lounge area with television (sofa + 2 armchairs). A bathroom with bathtub and separate toilets are also on this floor.

On the 2nd level, you will find a master bedroom with double bed (140 cm) and a bedroom under the roof with 2 single beds (90x190 cm) (possibility of a 3rd bed with convertible futon chair).

The apartment has the following equipment: television, dishwasher, washing machine, free wifi, oven, refrigerator, induction hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle.
