Peaceful & Relaxing

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, sitting out by the river and watching the dolphins and beautiful sunsets!The place looks just as pictured with everything needed for your stay there. Very nice park and close to beach!Hope to return.

Perfect Hutchinson Island escape

This little house was right on the river. We watched a beautiful sunset every night and we saw dolphins. The kitchen is well stocked. You will love it here I highly recommend.

Early Spring Getaway

It’s been several years since we went to Florida for a spring break. We were pleasantly surprised by our accommodations. It had everything you could need. Although we drove in and brought many of our own supplies, a person could fly in and find everything they would need to have a great stay.

Unit was as described. Lovely dock and patio. Sunsets didn't disappoint! Convenient gas grill. Plenty of towels, paper products, cleaning supplies. Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed for cooking meals, even spices available. Nice appliances. Unit was clean. We were there during a cold spell and heating worked well. Bedroom was small. 2 steps between living room and kitchen were high. Pickleball was fun. Pool looked great.

Great location and community! The beach is right across the street and Micheal’s place is right on the river and the sunsets from your backyard are amazing every night! His place is very clean and comfortable. It was our 2nd stay there and will continue to come back. Thanks Micheal!

So relaxing!!

Stay was wonderful!! It is just as pictured and has everything needed right there. We enjoyed sitting on the deck by the River, and the sunsets were amazing. We rode bikes and took walks in the park, very neat park and people were friendly. Would love to return sometime!

Beautiful Spot!

We spent 2 relaxing weeks here. The house was clean and exactly as expected. It is well equipped and everything is in very good condition. Communication with the owner was easy and friendly. We will definitely consider returning!

Great location

My husband and I loved this place. There was nothing not to love! A private beach right across the street was a winner. And to see dolphins in the water from the living room window was great! Even my dog felt right at home. We would definitely go back there. Thanks Micheal👍
