La maison est absolument parfaite pour un week-end hivernal au coin du feu ! Dommage en revanche qu'on ait dû acheter le bois nous-mêmes et que le propriétaire ait retenu 250 sur notre caution (pour une tache sur le canapé que n'avions pas réussi à complètement rattraper). Après vérification, et grâce à l'assistance d'Abritel, la facture de nettoyage ne s'élevait qu'à 97... Nous avons donc été remboursés de la différence mais cela n'était pas très honnête. Plutôt désagréable d'être surfacturé ainsi pour un incident que nous avions signalé et tenté de rattraper.Désagréable également d'avoir été accusés de mettre du gravier dans le lave-vaisselle. Peut-être une manoeuvre pour tenter de justifier le montant malhonnête de la caution retenue ? L'odeur d'égout et la ventouse encore présente dans l'évier de la cuisine à notre arrivée suggéreraient-elles que les problèmes de canalisations soient récurrents ? Une hypothèse somme toute plus plausible que ces gamineries. Un incident, ça arrive à tout le monde, mais je propose moi-même mon logement personnel à la location et n'oserais jamais faire une chose pareille. 4 étoiles parce que le logement est super et que flinguer votre référencement (et donc vos revenus) me semble disproportionné mais l'expérience du check-out restera amère. Sans ça, on serait revenus l'année prochaine avec grand plaisir ! Bonne continuation à vous
