We offer one parking spot in Washington Park Garage. Do not misplace permit - a replacement fee will be charged. Do not park in neighbor driveway.
We have a zero tolerance policy for any additional gathering defined as anyone over the 10 max guests. Please obtain prior permission for exception
Zero tolerance for LOUD, Drinking parties. Breaking this rule will result in loss of security deposit.

Excellent home in the absolute best possible location in Cincy.One note is there are actually only three bedrooms. A King, queen, and bunk room. Then there's a Murphy bed in the basement. I probably just misread the listing, but understood it as four bedrooms and a Murphy bed.Otherwise extremely nice in a lovely location!Thanks!

House provided plenty of room to comfortably accommodate our group. The location was close to our venue and plenty of good restaurants, coffee houses and attractions that were within walking distance.

Excellent property and location. I was expecting some stairs to get into the apartment but you literally step from the sidewalk into the living room. Was very helpful for my parents. Very secure also. All bedrooms are at least one level up or downstairs though. Very spacious for the 8 adults who stayed for two nights and In a great location for daily walks and shops and restaurants

The place was spotless, the beds and pillows so comfy. We were in town for a football game which was a very easy walk to and from the game (about a mile). Although we were not there long, it had everything we would have needed; it was very well stocked. I would definitely stay again.

A great location near the baseball football and soccer stadiums. Plenty of local restaurants with excellent food nearby. They had concerts in the park across the street and flea market. A lot of fun for the family.

Great Spot in the Heart of OTR

Overall great place and great location! Tracie answered all my questions leading up to our booking and was very kind when I asked if a few extra people could come to the property for a small Birthday Cake Cutting. We would definitely book this place again!

The location is amazing! The property had plenty of room for a small bachelorette party and we enjoyed being able to walk everywhere in OTR. Parking in the Washington Park garage was also extremely convenient.

Family weekend

The house was great. We enjoyed our 2 day stay. We had 10 people including 3 kids there and everyone had plenty of space. It can big loud due to the open stairs. Only issue was front door keypad doesn't always cooperate . Park across the street was very nice also.

Beautiful house with plenty of space for 8 adults. Within walking distance to multiple local bars and restaurants. About a 25 min walk to the reds stadium or an 11 minute Uber. Would definitely recommend!

The place was great! It was just a short walk to all the great restaurants we wanted to visit. The place was super clean. Check-in and Check-out instructions were very clear. We are a California family who left our heart in Cincinnati. When we decided to host a vacation rental, we knew a home in OTR would be the perfect way to share our love for the city with others and be able to visit whenever we wanted to. There's no place like the Queen City.

Why they chose this property

We love the history of Cincinnati and the history you find in Over The Rhine. Cincinnati is a part of our family history and we are thrilled to be sharing it with others who want to explore the city. This home was built in 1883 and has gone through many transformations. You are now part of its history and its continuing story.

What makes this property unique

This was a remodel project that took over 9 months to complete. The finished basement with a concrete floors and bar give this space a unique flavor. You can't beat the location - everything is within walking distance. There's even a signature cocktail bar right next door.
