Why they chose this property

I saw this property come on the market and knew I had to have it immediately. It has tremendous curb appeal with the grand circular driveway and landscaping. A fully fenced back yard is great for those with children or dogs. A beautiful private swimming pool (that lights up at night) adds another layer of luxury to this property. There is also an 8ft Craftmaster Pool Table in the game room off the living room.

What makes this property unique

This home features two Queen sized sleeper sofas (pull out couches) in the living room. There is also a Queen over Twin XL trundle bed in one of the bedrooms. Being only 10 minutes from The World Equestrian Center this is a perfect property for you and your family or team to compete. It is also located in the heart of shopping & restaurants for those who are not so interested in the equestrian scene. You will appreciate the brand new quality furniture I have purchased for this home. There were no corners cut in the furniture shopping escapade.
