Wonderful family vacation

We had traveled to visit in-laws for Christmas and the home was perfect for my husband, our children and our grandchildren. When not out visiting and seeing sites we sat and watched movies and played games. The house was perfect for our needs. Host was amazing!

Property advertising for sleeping 7. Sleeps 6 in beds , comfortable seating for 5 in living room, comfortable seating for 4 in dining room. Inside ok. Did not use oven ,stovetop, or air fryer. No toaster. One kitchen garbage bag for 30 day stay. Two rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 30 day stay. Outside not useable or clean. Communication with host just ok, could have been better. Security not great. Mostly quiet at night but did have one night large police presence with neighbor. Major street construction for entire stay. Driveway not always accessible. Not a Good or Excellent stay. Will be coming back to area. Would not stay here again.

Negatives and Positives

This property could use a deep clean. The cabinet doors were dirty, the bathroom tub tile had mold, the toilet exterior needed attention, and the carpet was in rough shape. The yard around the house was unkempt. The sink faucet handle would come off. We were notified within 24 hours of our stay that the dishwasher was broken. I feel that the condition of the property did not warrant the price per night that we paid. Positives include the tasteful decorating.

Saying goodbye

Our group of five came in Tennessee, California, and Arkansas. To attend the funeral of a much loved teacher we had had in the 7th and 8th grade. The place was even better than the pictures. Location was great. Neighborhood quiet. Lots of restaurants to try while we were here our short stay. The only reason I didn't give all five stars was 1) the bathroom sink didn't appear clean. It looked as though there was tooth paste in the basin. I am going to think it was residue from the cleaner they used. 2) we couldn't locate the password to the wifi. Therefore I needed to contact our host. Which I hate to bother with small things such as this. 3) every place I've stayed at has always had check out rules. Usually on the refrigerator door. E.g. turn the dishwasher on, take the trash out, strip the beds, and where to place the linens, etc.. 4) while I'm glad our hosts had mattress covers. Iwe wished the had been the cloth kind. Not the plastic ones. Every time one turned over one could hear the crinkle of plastic. Would recommend more pillows and blankets for the winter season. I noticed it was trash day. So I hope you didn't mind me taking it to the curb since they hadnt picked up yet. These are merely suggestions. As a few of of also own a few air bombs. We are definitely loving this place and hope you do well. We will be coming back and will be wanting to stay here again. Thank you very much for your hospitality

Great rental

We enjoyed our stay in this super cute house. Plenty of room for our group of 5. Close to The Depot and restaurants. Would definitely be willing to stay here again if we need to come back to Cleburne.

Friendly small town stay

The property was just what we needed. Close to restaurants and shopping. Cleburne is a very friendly area. We have family and friends near by and will remember this property for future visits.
