BRAND NEW HOT TUB-SAUNA-2 WEBER GRILLS-FIRE PIT-AC-THERMOMIX

This beautiful Emerald Lakes Vacation Home is located in a Private Community within the Pocono Mountains. All are welcome to enjoy this two story, 3 bedroom (1650 sq ft) non-smoking, pet friendly home with a wood stove (wood provided). 4 Smart TVs (Netflix and Hulu included)- 1 in each bedroom and 1 in the living room, Wireless High Speed Internet and a cocktail table game console with over 400 games add to the entertainment! All beds have brand new memory foam mattresses. The house is also perfect for families with small children as there’s a changing table and rocking chair in the downstairs bedroom. All tableware and cookware are provided. Home is equipped with a dishwasher, washer & dryer, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and a Keurig.
Brand new Weber grill is included in your stay along with spare propane tanks in the back shed.

There is a minimum stay of 3 nights for holidays. Ask me before booking.

Brand new addition to our Chateau - THERMOMIX, self-guided cooking blender that does wonders in the kitchen. Save $ on going out and make amazing childhood dishes from scratch. Just turn in on, swipe to the left and search up your favorite dish! It has over 30,000 recipes in many different languages. Just please make sure you change your language back to English upon leaving.

Fireworks are PROHIBITED. The Community is very strict about it. There is a $1000 fine each time.

We encourage you to enjoy the community clubhouse, 2 pools, and sports courts. The tennis court, outdoor swimming pool community beach with a playground, Island Park, basketball court, indoor pool, main beach and a bar are minutes away by car.

Emerald Lakes charges guests for use of their amenities, 2022 (per person), you can buy up to 10 passes.:

7-day pass –$40.00 per person

If any amenity (indoor pool, outdoor pool, trash compactor, tennis courts, etc.) is NOT ACCESSIBLE due to weather conditions, maintenance, pandemic, emergency repairs or any other circumstance “Homeowner” should not be held liable for lack of usage of above mentioned amenities and will not refund any money.

There is a wood burning stove on premises that provides additional heat in the home. Wood is provided free of charge.

We do have a hot tub outside in a fenced in area behind the house. The distance is about 80 feet from the back door of the house. All of our past guest enjoined it very much. However, please keep in mind when booking the property during winter months - there may be some snow removal needed by you or your guests to get into the hot tub. I do have a service that will remove the snow every time it snows more than 5 inches but you may still need to remove a little bit more yourself. Please do not book if this would inconvenience your stay. If you would like the snow completely removed at any time during your stay - you may call my guy: Mike: 610-390-8027 and he will remove the snow for a $110.00 fee - this fee will be paid by You!

Everything was spotless! This house is roomy, very comfortable, nice furnishing and has everything you need! Great location for us to go to the waterpark. Huge washer and dryer, awesome grill on the deck and the best wood fireplace! Kids loved their massive room with bunk beds. We had a wonderful stay! Thank you!

This place has it all! Barbara communicated clearly, was quick to respond to any questions we had, and did a fantastic job at making the entire place feel welcoming and cozy. The weather has been chilly, but the sauna, hot tub, and beautiful cast iron fireplace with plenty of wood stocked had us warmed up in no time! I really appreciate that the place is dog friendly as our dog is a part of our family and enjoyed walking to the pond everyday. There was so much wildlife to observe and admire around the property. Everything was tidy, and suuuper comfortable. There were so many amenities, endless games, and activities to do that we wished we could have extended our trip! I would definitely rebook this place again!

This was the perfect snowcation! The house came with the necessary staples to make arrival easy. Lots of towels for both bath and hot tub. A shed full of firewood was perfect for a cozy stay. Deer around the neighborhood made it feel like we were in a snow globe. Close to everything and Walmart delivers. We are already talking about coming back!

We had the best time here celebrating our birthdays! Barbara was always right on top of any questions I had and she's very easy to talk to. Spent some time in the hot tub and sauna and the fenced in area was perfect to hang out with our dogs! Loved the lights on the outdoor fence (it was like a fairy land all lit up) and all the thoughtful touches inside the house. The best part was waking up to deer right outside the back door every morning. BEAUTIFUL! We will definitely be back!

Great house and great host!

My friends and I got away for a short weekend and had such a blast at this house. The host was amazing, super responsive and even offered us a late check out because the house wasn't booked later that day. I would definitely come back if another trip like this comes up!

Quick Getaway

My family, including 2 kids & dog, along with my parents needed a quick getaway to refresh & relax . This place was perfect. First, the host was fantastic. The house itself was great as it had something for everyone. My kids loved the video game console, hot tub, feeding the deer off of the porch & the bunk beds. The adults enjoyed the quiet mornings with all of the animals, the hot tub, sauna & fire pit.

Relaxing and serene family vacation spot

We stayed at the Red Chateau with our family (2 adults, 2 small kids, and 2 dogs). The property was very clean and comfortable, and the fenced-in outdoor space was ideal for lounging and spending time together. We loved the hot tub and indoor arcade machine in particular. One bedroom has a glider and changing table, which made a family vacation with a baby so much more manageable. The highlight of the trip was using the canoe (included as part of the stay!) to explore Mountain Top Lake. We’re hoping to come back in the fall!

Loved it so much wanted to extend another day. Unfortunately the property was already booked. Very clean, well equipped kitchen, lots of nature around ( fed deers some carrots that show up daily ) , rabbits , squirrels, birds. The backyard is exactly like shown in the pics which was the highlight for us. Lots of games in the house from video game console to the board games to corn hole. Enough to keep the whole family busy and in good spirits. Fishing boat was a bonus and loved every bit of it. Owner was very prompt and would reply to all our queries in matter of minutes. Love to come back.

Great Place!

Place was as described, and was very relaxing. The temps were -21 real feel, so the stove came in handy. Owner was communitive, and easy to deal with. The couch was so comfy too! Definitely recommend.
