Great location in a quiet area of New Orleans. It is close enough to walk everywhere, but far enough away to be quiet. Very clean. Well maintained. Big open shower! Would stay again!!
Everything was as stated/shown and met all expectations. Like a hotel room. Clean. Location was good. Close to French Quarter. Parking was not abundant, but we were able to park close to the building without paying or getting towed.
Our location was close walking distance to Canal Street. The apartment complex was very nice and clean. Anytime I had to communicate with the owners they always responded immediately. Even when I booked an extra day to our stay they responded immediately and the process was so easy. Definitely would stay her again.
We stayed for an NFL gane over the weekend. We walked everywhere and the rental was clean and quite. Down side, which is not on the host, the pay to park was $35 - $60 a day at the recommended location.
The only negative I have to say is the pull out couch isn’t a true pull out with a mattress. Other than that it was perfect. We safely walked to and from the Taylor Swift concert. Parking was easy and the condo was clean.
I really enjoyed my stay. The property is in walking distance of the French Quarter. My only complaint is that the facility could use a good cleaning. The bathroom floor was dirty and the room could use a good vacuum. Outside of that everything was as pictured. The location was perfect!!! Bring your walking shoes.
We love the property but it was confusing how to get there . Carport were tight to get around . The spacious apartment and furnitures were very comfortable. Restroom’s shower place didn’t have anywhere to set personal hygiene . It needs a small counter next to shower .
This is located within a 5 minute walk to Canal Street, on the bus route and the trolley route. We were there for a conference and were able to utilize a variety of transportation options. There were expected street noises ( you’re close to Canal, be reasonable) but no neighbor noises. Due to the schedule I wasn’t able to utilize the game room or upstairs but I’m sure they were both appropriate. In all, great stay.
Wonderful location fairly close to the business district and the French quarter. We felt very safe walking back and forth. The one thing we would have liked to see was more mirrors. There were three of us women all trying to get ready with one mirror. Minor complaint.
I enjoyed the property - it was clean - it was as advertised. I thought the listing accurately described the property and the process of check in and whatnot was easy. I would have liked a bit more explanation of how to use the gym and gameroom but that is probably more on me than the hosts. The building appears to be majority short term rentals but I felt safe and secure in the evening and the noise level from the street was nice and low/quiet. Would def. stay in this unit again.
