The southwest-facing sun terrace extends the spacious living room with dining area and open kitchen in the warmer seasons the sun places in 150 sqm large, enclosed and peaceful garden.
In the garden area there is a sauna, a separate Sonnenmulde and the sun terrace with beach chairs and garden furniture.

On the ground floor is a hallway and a guest toilet, open kitchen with oven and dishwasher, spacious living room with living and dining area and an antique fireplace.

Upper floor: 1 large bedroom with double bed and walk-in closet, flat screen;
                            very large bathroom with shower, toilet and bath tub, washer and dryer
