Urlaub auf Sylt - Andreas & Petra

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, hell gestaltet und in der Küche super ausgestattet. Die Lage ist hervorragend. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Strand und in der Fußgängerzone. In der Tiefgarage steht ein Parkliftsystem zur Verfügung. Etwas speziell aber machbar. Achtet auf die max. Außenmaße und das Gewicht (Fahrzeugschein).Wir empfehlen die Wohnung weiter und würden beim nächsten Mal gerne wieder buchen.

wunderschöne Woche

Die Wohnung lässt kein Wünsche offen - ist sehr sauber und gepflegt - und liegt fast direkt am Strand. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Top Lage und schöne Ferienwohnung

In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß an den Strand oder in die Fußgängerzone. Die Wohnung ist toll, sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt braucht. Einziger Punktabzug muss man für die Terrasse machen, zum einen liegt sie ca. 2m vom Bordstein eine hoch frequentierten Straße entfernt und die Abendsonne wird durch die Bebauung auf der anderen Straßenseite für die meiste Zeit abgedeckt. Somit ist diese nur sehr eingeschränkt nutzbar. Die Parkmöglichkeiten für das Auto und die Fahrräder waren im Keller sicher und trocken. Alles in allem eine FeWo die wir gern weiter empfehlen und die wir auch gern wieder buchen.

Lage gut, aber Wohnung kann Auffrischung gut gebrauchen

Insgesamt durchschnittlich. Wohnung und Küchengeräte leider nicht ganz sauber, einige Glühbirnen kaputt oder fehlen, Einige Möbel schon etwas „angestoßen“. Lage in Westerland sehr gut. Aber das Foto der Terrasse täuscht, da ohne Hecke o.ä. unmittelbar an der Straße gelegen.

Schöne, saubere Wohnung in Westerland

Wir waren zu dritt für eine Fortbildung in Westerland und mit Lage, Größe, Einrichtung und Sauberkeit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden. Lediglich Spülmittel, Seife und etwas mehr Klopapier hätten uns gefreut.

Tolle Lage, modern und hell.

Eine helle, moderne FeWo mit reichlich Platz für 4 Personen. Geniale Lage (2 Min. zum Strand, 5 Min. in die Fußgängerzone). Klasse: feste Matratzen! Der fünfte Stern fällt der Tatsache zum Opfer, dass die Grundsauberkeit nicht komplett war (unterm Bett und in den Nachttisch-Lampen reichlich Staub), eine Terassentür nicht zu öffnen war und null Basis-Ausstattung à la Zucker, Salz, Pfeffer und vielleicht eine Handvoll Teebeutel vorhanden war. Und die Gemeinschafts-Waschmaschine und Trockner sind mit 3 EUR je Ladung recht teuer - leider ging das aus der Wohnungsbeschreibung nicht hervor.
